3 1. Introduction This is the Pricing Document that accompanies the Service Definition for Atos PaaS Accredited Secure+ This document contains a detailed presentation of the pricing and options available for the Atos PaaS Accredited Secure+ product set. 3

4 2. Pricing 2.1 Standard Feature Pricing The following section defines the pricing for the standard service elements that comprise the Atos PaaS Accredited Secure+ product set. All pricing excludes VAT. 2.2 Atos PaaS Accredited Secure+ Virtual Machines The following table details the standard PaaS Virtual Machines, optional resource upgrades and their respective pricing. All prices have been based upon hosting PaaS services within a shared zone. Where a customer requires a hot standby Disaster Recovery solution, Atos are able to accommodate this via the use of Enhanced servers within each of our Primary and Secondary cloud environments, and would welcome detailed discussion of your specific requirements. 6 2.3 Storage Resources All standard Atos PaaS Accredited Secure+ products, are accompanied by the inclusion of storage for the Operating System and associated tooling. Additional user addressable storage required may be selected from the list below. The pricing is dependent on the bandwidth required by the customer, and is provided on a unit basis per datacentre. Where a customer is connected via the PSN (Encrypted) network, and via the same DNSP as Atos, a Private VPN option simplifies the connection process, and reduced latency associated with the shared PSN service (and crossing multiple DNSP gateways) Cloud Site Replication Inter-site replication bandwidth for use with customer application services (such as database journaling/replication). 2 Customer supplied link incurs a monthly connection charge Connectivity Description Monthly Recurring Pricing (per SIP trunk) PSTN For customers that may require break out service for Lync/Voice, Atos can provide access to the PSTN network and a G.729a compliant Session Border Controller (SBC). 7 2.5 Service Protection Options. The following options are able to provide key service protection capabilities, ranging from simple data protection (backup) plans, through to full disaster recovery. 2.6 Data Protection Plans. Atos PaaS Accredited Secure+ products offer the following data protection schemes for each PaaS service commissioned. This offers block level based backup of your services. 8 2.8 Disaster Recovery The Atos PaaS Accredited Secure+ service recognises that not all customers have the same sets of Disaster Recovery requirements, which is why we provide a flexible set of options to make it easier for you to protect your services. All customers choosing the Enhanced service plan are able to choose from three simple options of which all are included in this pricing schedule. These options are not available to Standard plan users. Foundation based DR provides the capability to protect your data and applications by taking a backup and securing this into our second cloud site. Simply choose the Foundation option for your chosen servers, storage and Data Protection plan that supports off-site storage to have everything you need. VM Recovery based DR provides the capability to protect your data and applications by taking an entire snapshot backup of your Virtual Machines and stores them in our second cloud site. Simply choose the VM Recovery option for your chosen servers, storage and Data Protection plan that supports off-site storage to have everything you need. Hot Standby based DR provides the ability to have a fully replicated set of production servers available in our secondary cloud site, and your data is replicated from our primary cloud site. Simply specify an additional (No DR) server per production server, storage, Data Protection plan that supports off-site storage and any cloud inter site replication bandwidth needed for data replication. 2.9 Optional Service Enhancements The following table summarises a number of optional service enhancements that may be specified for use with our PaaS products. Please note that Platform management via the Internet is only supported via the Atos Secure Support Access product. For customers who utilise their own accredited network connection to perform remote support, the customer shall be responsible for any client access licenses. 35 per Terminal Server Secure Support Access Remote Access Service A single, secure laptop, a single security token for use by the customer to connect to the Accredited Secure Cloud service via a standard Internet connection. Please note that a Remote Terminal Server is required in each security zone the customer servers are deployed to. Price includes basic service desk support (available as defined within section 9.2, Standard Service Plan Support Availability SLA) to enable customers to contact Atos in the event that a support issues arises. 100 per Laptop per Month Customer must purchase Internet bandwidth into the service as per section 6.5.
