Pre-defined tickets can be deployed as product choices (e.g., brochure or three ring binder ) with graphics that help the user decide which ticket is most appropriate for the job they wish to produce. Order Status, Order History and Re-Order Customers can manage their jobs, see the production status of submitted jobs, and place re-orders via the Web browser interface.
