2 Solution Modules Administration Archives, Companies, Groups, Roles, and Users The Administration Modules enable Archives, Companies, Groups, and Users to be configured, added and managed. Roles can be created, and tasks are assigned to Administrators and Users to grant access to the different modules. In addition, Users can be grouped together to limit access to specific jobs or information in the system. Archive/ SSE Search The Archive/SSE Search Module, powered by SOLsearcher Enterprise, enables users to perform robust, multi-criteria searches to find the information they are looking for quickly and efficiently. Built for speed, this module enables users to view recent search history, as well as save their favorite searches for future use. Asset The Asset Message Module provides a centralized repository for client assets to be inserted in workflows with rules that are used throughout the production environment. Assets can be created, uploaded, viewed, and managed within the dashboard. An integrated file folder hierarchy is used to quickly locate items in the system. Changes to location, content, or specifications are tracked in the system to support version control and to give users 100% visibility of the lifecycle of their assets. EBPP Electronic Bill Presentment and Payment The Electronic Bill Presentment and Payment (EBPP) Module is used in conjunction with the SOLsearcher Enterprise (SSE) archive that allows clients to securely view and pay their bills and statements online with a credit card or electronic check. Presented through a custom website, users can configure their payment and notification settings. Payment transactions are automatically recorded and reported for instant updates and monitoring. INVOICE INVOICE INVOICE Production Dashboard The Production Dashboard Module provides a centralized view of the entire production process including files received, missing files, live production, and held files. In addition, users can view job and record details, batch & release jobs to production, as well as view a PDF representation of the job. To support a company s Proofs and Approval process, operators can view jobs, then approve a job for production, reject a job, or place a job on hold.
