INTRODUCTION PRESENT e-learning Systems is both a pioneer in the combining of online social networking with CME medical education, and using these web properties and opt-in members lists to deliver effective marketing messages to the pharma and medical device industries. We are pleased to present this introduction to PRESENT e-learning Systems. For supporting information, we invite you to explore Our Corporate Website and its Media Center

Field: Products: Description: Technology: Podiatry PRESENT Courseware for Podiatric Residency Education, PRESENT for Podiatric Board Review, and PRESENT Professional Podiatric Education CME Lecture Tracks for practicing podiatrists. Online streaming media lectures with CME enewsletter medical publishing since 1995 Industry dominance, largest media and marketing firm Strong industry support Custom Learning Management System Multimedia streaming media medical CME education PRESENT e-learning Systems has standardized podiatric residency education at our nation's residency programs. PRESENT Courseware, our subscription based curriculum of online lectures, was adopted by over 50% of the 300 hospitals who host podiatric surgical programs around the country in 2003, the year it was introduced. The 2nd year, market penetration went to about 90%, where it has remained since then. In effect, we are running an online academic college, which includes testing, publishing, and social networking, for podiatric residency education. In it's 6th year now, residents and residency directors around the country form a grateful and loyal membership in the PRESENT Courseware online social/professional network. During the past 6 years, podiatric residents in the smallest and most remotely located hospitals in the country, as well as those at major teaching centers, are all being taught by the finest teachers in the profession, each teaching the area that s/he is most renowned for. PRESENT Courseware has leveled the playing field and standardized podiatric post-graduate education. The 143 lectures in PRESENT Courseware have been viewed over 54,000 times by over 90% of the residency programs in the country. Our lectures are watched in groups of 3 to 20 residents and practicing podiatrists at a time, as well as individually in selfstudy. Marshall Solomon, DPM Past Chairman of the American Association of Colleges of Podiatric Medicine has said, "PRESENT has created a new culture that has revolutionized education at our podiatric teaching hospitals". PRESENT e-learning Systems pioneered enewsletter publishing in it's days as the first website, online community and publisher in podiatry, at the dawn of the Internet in 1995.

Our first company, Podiatry Online, was acquired by McKesson in 2000 when it was publishing daily to over 8000 podiatrists and key industry personnel. We then started PRESENT e-learning Systems, which now publishes 3 weekly and 3 periodic widely read ezines that enjoy a large and loyal following. Last year, we broadcast 2,500,000 ezines to opt-in members, and have remained the largest online publisher in podiatry for 13 years. These ezines serve as the most effective media channel that has ever existed, to the very valuable demographic of podiatric residency education. It is that conduit that has kept our over 40 sponsors re-contracting with us year after year. Our podiatric editor and academic chair is the esteemed John Steinberg, DPM. He put together our PRESENT curriculum (with members from the Council of Teaching Hospitals and national thought leaders) so that all first, second, and third year residents are all viewing the same lectures respectively as they begin their new academic year. His role is to oversee curriculum development and he also sits on our editorial board headed by Vincent Hetherington, DPM, Dean of the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine, as well as other esteemed faculty from around the country. The editorial board s purpose is to provide peer review of PRESENT lectures. Furthermore, the Council of Teaching Hospitals(COTH) has approved our curriculum and has provided further review of our lectures. This has ensured that the quality of our lectures meets the standards of the most well respected and prestigious academic board in our profession. We had so much interest in our lectures and enewsletters by practicing podiatrists outside the residency education world during our first 2 years, that in 2005, we introduced 2 CME education services for their needs. We were approved for over 120 CME credits by the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine (OCPM) and The Council of Podiatric Medical Education (CPME). PRESENT Podiatric Board Review and PRESENT Professional Podiatric Education CME Lecture Tracks are CME credentialed

versions of PRESENT Courseware, packaged in an attractive way to serve the CME needs of practicing podiatrists. PRESENT Podiatric Board Review outsold every live board review course on podiatry in its first year. These retail products are highly automated, employing ecommerce ordering and secure access. The Learning Management System that we designed for them is like an online vending machine for CME. For more information about PRESENT e-learning Systems podiatric education services, we invite you to click on the link below for a TOUR of our podiatric web properties. We are the LinkedIn or Facebook of medicine. The experience of using PRESENT Diabetes online compares well to attending a live clinical medical conference, an experience all medical professionals are familiar with. We ve just eliminated the travel and all of the expense. Members view lectures and meet with one another, but instead of a chat in the lobby outside the lecture hall, with PRESENT Diabetes, they talk using our etalk online discussion blog, and Focus Groups. Most importantly, they are participating spontaneously, everyday, from their homes or offices, when they have free time, 24/7/365.

We have assembled an esteemed Editorial Staff for PRESENT Diabetes. Our Senior Editor of PRESENT Diabetes is Derek LeRoith MD, PhD, who was formerly Chief of Diabetes at the National Institute of Health, and is now Chief of Diabetes and Metabolic Bone Disease at Mount Sinai Medical School in New York City. In addition to this, John Steinberg, DPM, and David Armstrong, DPM, PhD, are the editors for the Diabetic Foot section of PRESENT Diabetes. They have put together a world renowned faculty of over 100 key opinion leaders, and have assembled an advisory board and faculty that lead the world in the fight to cure diabetes. Our Dietitian section is headed by the renowned Hope Warshaw, MMSc, RD, CDE and Nursing by Joy Pape, RN, BSN, CDE, WOCN, CFNC, each of whom produces an ezine for us. The Mount Sinai School of Medicine in NYC is our CME partner and provider. Having this prestigious medical school as our CME partner adds tremendous respect and credibility to our organization on the part of our members and sponsors. The Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine is provides our CME s for podiatrists, the Nurse Practitioner Women's Health Association is providing our CEs for nurses, and CDR has certified us to deliver our own CEs for Dietitians. We take enewsletter publishing very seriously at PRESENT e-learning Systems. PRESENT Diabetes is now publishing our original content to over 57,000 diabetes health professionals. PRESENT Diabetes launched in January 2007 and by September of 2008, we had a total of 28,789 lecture views. In the month of September 2008 alone, PRESENT Diabetes received 29,420 unique visitors. These e-zines provide the most informative, up to date information on the latest news and reviews in clinical diabetes to our global diabetes community. You can expect The Mount Sinai School of Medicine, under the direction of Derek LeRoith, Ronald Tamler, MD, Jane Seley, RN, GNP, and John Steinberg, DPM to continue to publish the most up to date science from leading teaching institutions around the world on topics relevant to diabetes care providers and researchers. Field: Product: Description: Technology: Dermatology PRESENT Derm Clinical Education An online course in clinical dermatology for Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners working in dermatology practices Pioneering application of online multimedia streaming media medical CE education for a niche target market PRESENT Derm Clinical Education is a niche medical education website for the Physician Assistants and Nurse practitioners who work in dermatology practices. These individuals write prescriptions and are therefore a very interesting and highly sought after demographic for pharmaceutical and medical device companies. Topical medications and lasers are a multi-billion dollar industry, and these companies are having trouble reaching this fast growing new prescription writing demographic. We have gotten pre-funding of over $250,000 in promotional dollars for this new venture and it s content and technology development are both underway.

Field: Product: Description: Technology: Cardiovascular Medicine PRESENT Cardiovascular An Online Clinical Conference in Cardiovascular Medicine Pioneering application of online social networking and multimedia streaming media medical CME education Using the same technology platform as PRESENT Diabetes, PRESENT Cardiovascular is a similar networking/online CME education site for the cardiovascular industry. Lecture content has been developed and is 80% complete. We anticipate a launch in the Spring of 2009. PRESENT Cardiovascular will include multiple specialty sections, similar to PRESENT Diabetes, on Coronary Heart Disease, Congestive Heart Disease, Hypertension, Dyslipidemias, Nephrology, Peripheral Vascular Disease, Stroke and Surgical Intervention. We have assembled a remarkable team of Editors, who have directed the content development on the site by over 2 dozen authors. Our Editor-in-Chief is hypertension authority Mark Houston, M.D., MS, SCH, ABAAM, FACP, FAHA, Associate Clinical Professor of Medicine, Vanderbilt University School of Medicine. Our Lipids section is edited by Donald A. Smith, MD, Associate Professor of Medicine, Mount Sinai School of Medicine. Editor of the Heart Failure section is Franz H. Messerli, MD, FACC, FACP, Director of the Hypertension Program, Ochsner Clinic Foundation, New Orleans. Our Nephrology section is directed by George Bakris, MD, FACP, Professor of Medicine, University of Chicago Medical Center.
