New collective actors for Good Governance Association of Local Muicip. All Sangro-Aventino Municipalities and Mountain Communities It is a covenant among Bodies Its target is the delivering associated functions and services The Association carries out testing, development of new procedures and methodologies and dissemination of results with coaching for the operators of associated entities. The Association guarantees the principle of mutuality between entities of different size and unity of purpose and programs of the territory. Development Agency It is composed of the Association of Local Municip and other public administrations (70%) and organisations that represent the private sector (30%); It is an association among Bodies (therefore it is not a new Body). It performs a technical function; It designs and supports the implementation of integrated and intersectoral action on the basis of scenarios and potential land; It builds community capacity and stimulate innovation (including social innovation); It operates as an intermediate Body for plans, programs, projects and grants in the guise of interventions envisaged by EU, national and regional regulations;

INNOVATION POLE AUTOMOTIVE Innovation Pole are foreseen by the European Community (2006/C 323/01). A Pole is a clustering of independent enterprises (SMEs, LEs and research bodies, start up) active in a particular sector. Its mission is to encourage the interaction between enterprises who joined the consortium, the usage of common structure (exp. labs) and the inter-exchange of knowledge and experiences, as well to contribute to the technological transfer, networking and dissemination of information between associates. The Automotive Innovation Pole counts today 77 subjects including research bodies. It exists other association requests. Companies which already joined the Pole employ about 16.000 persons and have a total sales of 5.500 millions of Euros of whom the 49 % is destined to the export.
