OBJECTIVES OF THE TRAINING CLUB 1. Identify existing cyber training in Brittany 2. Identify needs of companies in cyber skills 3. Propose a complete program of cyber training 4. Cross this program with existing training 5. Identify lacks and evolution needs in existing training 6. Define a road map to address these lacks in existing training 7. Create new trainings for the 2016 academic year 3

TOWARDS A COMPLETE PROGRAM OF TRAINING IN CYBER Program implementation 1. Awareness and initiation to cyber security 2. Training of high level specialists to various cyber security professions 3. In service training in cyber security Structuration by areas of expertise Computer science, network and telecom Robotics Electronics Mathematics and statistics Economics Sociology of usages (includes «Trusted third party») 6
SHORT TERM OBJECTIVES Quantitative : Increase by 40% the number of students trained to cyber in 2015 Initial education : Undergraduate : 150 more technicians, including 50 experts Graduate : 350 more engineers, including 100 experts In service training: 300 more students trained to cyber (Training from 2 days to 1 month) Qualitative : Guarantee that every technician and engineer is made aware and initiated to cyber Integrate and weave cyber concepts in existing courses Need of certified training Develop distance learning : e-learning, SPOC, COOC, MOOC 7
ACTIONS SCHEDULED IN 2015 (1/3) security path of excellence : High school and IUT path integrated in baccalaureate and in BAC+3 cursus Dedicated education places in BAC+2 cursus (experimented during next academic year) Evolution of cyber training for non experts Examples Modules «Programming securely» Modules «Legal and institutional environment» Increase attractivity of cyber to students Specific distribution of job proposals Special events dedicated to cyber professions 8
