3 Indonesia-France Double Degree Program is one of the scholarship offered by DIKTI (DGHE) aim to improve the quality of academics in the universities in Indonesia This program is for lecturers in Polytechnic, diploma or vocational school. The education is more focused on skills and professions. So, It is perceived the need to create a particular program that can accommodate the specific education for vocational dan professions.

7 Purpose The purpose of Double Degree program To improve the lecturers qualifications in HE in Indonesia through the double-degree program between Indonesia and France.

8 Master (2 years) with schema (1+1): first year M1 in Indonesia and second year M2 in France Doctoral (3 years) with schema (1+1,5+0,5): first year in Indonesia + 1,5 years in France + 6 months in Indonesia. Scholarship recipients are lecturers in public and private universities under the MoNEC

10 The offered fields are: Mechanical Engineering (UI) Electrical Engineering(UI) Civil Engineering (UI) Business Administration (UGM) Agriculture (IPB) Tourism (UDAYANA) Each department will choose 10 applicants to be sent to France while evaluating other 15 first year grantees.

16 Young lecturers are more recommended (< 40 years). Applicants will have to follow the schedule of selection procedure by the universities in Indonesia. Application schedule to DIKTI every June, and selection will be done by July each year.

17 Two stages of selection Administrasi Selection by Directorate of Workforce and Academic Selection through entrance exam held by the program of origin university. Some universities will require an online registration.

18 Indonesia scholarship is BPPS while enroll in Indonesia, and other Indonesian scholarship namely beasiswa LN competitive scholarship (for living cost and round-trip plane ticket) in France. France scholarship is in the form of learning French when grantee are enroll the first year in Indonesia and cover the Visa, Tuition Fee, Health Insurance when in France.
