Stage Gate And AR Approvals DP Workflow AR Workflow The Stage-gate workflow enforces the sequential completion of each decision point. The AR workflow is independent of the DP workflow. It can be started at anytime, and operates at the item level to integrate with SAP-ECC.
Workflow Process SAP-PPM supports the Portfolio and Project Management Process with workflow enabled stagegate reviews and funding approvals Two separate workflow scenarios provide the structure and flexibility needed to define a project and seek funding at appropriate times The Decision Point (DP) workflow ensures that all reviews necessary to take a project from Registration through the Implementation stage-gate occur. The Appropriation Request (AR) workflow supports the approval process for pre-funding, full funding, and supplemental funding requests
Work items include information about the task to be processed. The Workflow Inbox hyperlink points to the Universal Worklist within SAP-RPM. Workflow Email
