Import and export of LED lighting, inverter technology, solar panels, wind turbines and the provision of all production is provided by the proposed project. 6

Turkey recorded the economic growth in the past decade, parallelly has become one of the world s fastest growing energy market. Renewable energy types such as water, wind, solar, geothermal and other energy types are abundant in Turkey. In the strategic plan of the Ministry of Energy is determined that the aim is increase the share of renewable energy sources 30% * of the total installed capacity of the country from 2023. *Resource: http://www.enerji.gov.tr/tr-tr/stratejik-plan 7

Solar energy is a technology based on obtaining energy from sunlight. Solar cells are referred to the device using the photovoltaic effect of semiconductor properties, they produce electricity from sunlight. Ministry of Energy provides guarantee the purchase of produced solar energy from 13.3 $c/kwh in order to promote renewable energy. Furthermore the incentive increases by using local materials to 20 $c/kwh. Türkey Solar Energy Potential Map 8

The applications stalled capacity is above 1 MW called licensed project. There is no obligation to show consumption and production of electricity directly supplied to the grid. The license period for license projects are 49 years, it is also possible to sell the generated energy in market. The statical process before applying project is minimum of 6 months and real meteorological measurements of sun are required. We developed 53 MW Licensed SPP projects in 6 different region between 2012-2014, the applications to EMRA are done and the tender process started.
