8 Easy access to reports and production data by granting online access to customers using Kaiserwetter s internet share point or iphone App Kaiserwetter focusses on clarity and effectiveness. Our reports show all relevant data (production, financials, contractual setup, etc.) in a compact and yet comprehensive way and will be adjusted to customers need. All reports within Kaiserwetter are standardized and accessible for download anywhere (internet access provided). Investors have permanent online access to the most recent as well as to all previous reports starting with Kaiserwetter operations. In addition the Kaiserwetter Investor Site provides production data day by day. To facilitate remote access to information Kaiserwetter has developed its own iphone App. That way investors have access to the daily updated production data as well as to all the reports on their mobile devices from anywhere with internet access/mobile phone connection. 8

Services * - Technical, Analytical works the basis Wind Farms System Analysis Wind Turbine Generators Through a profound analysis of the 10-minutes production data we check the whether turbine settings are optimized, and in case not we identify causes and optimization potentials. Performance Check Wind Parks Site knowledge is crucial to estimate project values. An analysis based on historic production data and the IWET index together with the system analysis enables us to provide overall wind park ratings. Solar Parks KPX Kaiserwetter Performance Index Similar to the well known IWET index for wind parks, Kaiserwetter has developed its own independent performance index for solar parks, the KPX, making it possible to compare solar parks on a European scale with independent irradiation data. Inverter Rescue Service analysis and solutions The crucial component of each solar park are the converters. Short reaction times in case of malfunctions secure high production levels. Besides the technical analysis of defective converters, Kaiserwetters regional O&M teams provide solutions and spare parts for a vast variety of converters. Health & Safety analysis Health & Safety Analysis Beside boosting the performance health & safety for our own employees as well as contracted third parties is the highest priority for Kaiserwetter on site. All Kaiserwetter employees are educated, not only to fulfill the legal requirements but take part actively in providing secure working conditions in the projects under management. 10 Structured transaction management: professional accompaniment of investments and divestments Documentation Standard By taking over assets Kaiserwetter is running a documentation alignment to structure the projects according to the Kaiserwetter Documentation Standard. This secures a proper further documentation management and in the event of a sale, the asset is well structured and the risk of any holdback due to missing documents is minimized. Transaction Support Kaiserwetter is supporting any transaction from the first step till closing. Setting-up an Information Memorandum (IM) with all applicable information in respect to wind- and solar parks is part of the Transaction Support. Furthermore Kaiserwetter is running its own data room (Kaiserwetter Data Room) by doing the necessary data up-load and handling the Q&A Process by using state of the art tools. 12 Kaiserwetter works together with high professional partners to secure customer asset value and returns by utilizing state-of-the-art Management Tools Technical Control Financial Tool Auditor & Tax Advisory Kaiserwetter uses Rotorsoft as a tool to control- and to steer its wind farms and solar parks. With Rotorsoft Kaiserwetter has the possibility to aggregate all data from different wind turbines or solar panels manufacturer on one single level. This set-up leads us to control the entire park performance online and to generate management reports. Kaiserwetter runs SAP for accounting and reporting, which gives us the possibility to expand easily to different countries by using the worldwide presence of SAP. Together with SAP and its consultants we are working on new standards for energy asset management services. Kaiserwetter has a long term relation with Deloitte with proofed experience to set up tax structures and to handle local tax requirements. Furthermore Deloitte is used as auditors for different clients. Insurance Support IT Solutions Insurance and risk prevention solutions are one of the key factors to secure wind- and solar park assets, for that reason Kaiserwetter has formed a sustainable relationship with MARSH the world leading company for insurance and risk prevention solutions. To secure a state of the art IT solution in a proper set up Kaiserwetter is working with Deutsche Telekom. This gives Kaiserwetter the possibility to offer asset management by plug & play. Furthermore the data streaming from the different parks is secured by technology of Deutsche Telekom. 12
