1.6 Installation 1. Fast Install (Direct Install) 1. Set the function key 1 as fixed IP: 192.168.1.168. If LENS is fixed LENS, set 4, for AUTO IRIS, set 3. 2. Use the network cable (both Direct Ethernet cable and Network cable docking are working) to connect the camera, the network RJ45 port0, and the computer network port. 3. Plug in the power DC12V---C---+500mA, and the POWER LED will displayed as green, LAN as red, and the system will start once the power in transmitted. When both LED are green, the connection is completed. 4. Set the computer IP to the same network as IP CAM. Ex: 192.168.1.100 255.255.255.0 5. Start IE browser, key in 192.168.1.168 to connect with IP CAM. 6. IP CAM Homepage screen will be displayed. 7. If it is the first time to install IP CAM, the computer will download ActiveX decode program via IP CAM, please press YES to download it. NOTE: If fail to download the decode program, the images will not be displayed on the screen. If the download is prohibited by the system, please lower the network secure level. Some antivirus applications may restrict the image stream, please shut them down temporarily. 8. The screen will display Homepage and request for account and password. The default is, Account: admin, and Password: 9999. 9. Installation completed.

比 例 4. Install via DHCP 1. Set the function key to DHCP. 2. Set the computer IP to automatically access IP address. IP will be assigned by DHCP Router. 3. Start the system as instructed in 1.Fast Install (Direct Install). 4. Once the installation completed, the IP CAM address will be displayed IP CAM item in Network Neighborhood. The address is assigned by DHCP Router. NOTE: Upon the system startup, DHCP Router will assign IP address to the device (the computer or IP CAM). The addresses assigned are not necessarily the same upon every startup.
2. USER INTERFACE 2.1 Login 1. Start the browser, and input http://192.168.1.168/ in the address field, and press Enter. 2. Enter User Name and Password in the prompt window, and click Connect. NOTE: The default User Name and Password is admin and 9999. You will need to enter the account and password every time you restart the application or reconnect.
2.2 Interface Overview When successfully login to the system, the image will be displayed as the following: Select the left side of the window to bring up the sub window and edit the settings. Once the editing completed, click Submit to save and submit the settings.

Engine Adjust the settings of Engine: Shutter, Image Quality, and Wide Dynamic etc.
3. Network IP FTP Adjust the settings of FTP: FTP Host, FTP Host Port, User Name, Password, and File Upload Path. NOTE: 1. In the field of User Name and Password, please enter the ones used upon login. 2. File formats allowed by the system are: AVI and JPEG.
SMTP Adjust the settings of SMTP: Account Name, Password, Sender, SMTP Server, and Email Address. NOTE: 1. If your SMTP Server needs the authentication, tick the entry: My Server Require Authentication. 2. File formats allowed by the system are: AVI and JPEG. SNTP Adjust the settings of SNTP. \
