The goal of this new club is to educate and raise awareness about Africa. Committee: IDS (InterDisciplinary Subcommittee): 2009-2011. Faculty Meetings: Attended most faculty meetings. African Week (2007): Member of the Organizing Committee Chapel attendance: attended or watched live most chapels services Foreign Language Department: Foreign Language Competency Committee: 2007-present. Discussed and resolved (along with Drs. Shaffer and Townsend) students who had issue with the Foreign language Competency exam La Table Française: Hired and supervising the French native speaker student who was in charge of La Table Française. 2009-2012. German and Spanish Positions Search Committee: I was member of the 2008-2009 German and Spanish positions search committee. Served on the committee responsible for the assessment of the multicultural component of Foreign language curriculums (for the 10 year review). 2006-2007.
