BOI EazyPay Payments Platform:: Enabling Personal Payments 1.0 About BOI EazyPay BOI EazyPay is an easy to use personal payment platform. It allows you to Send, receive or request money by using the other person s email ID or mobile number in less than 5 simple steps. BOI EazyPay is completely safe and secure as it complies with the most advanced and stringent data security policy 1.1 How Does BOI EazyPay Work BOI EazyPay facilitates sending money using your Visa Debit card and other person can receive money into any Visa Debit or Credit or Prepaid card. The registration process allows you to create a secure login ID and password and registers your debit /credit cards using the 3D secure authentication mechanism which is mandatory for online card based transactions. When registered, one can send or request money to or from another person using their email ID or a mobile number. 1.2 What can I use BOI EazyPay for BOI EazyPay is Money to Any service. Currently, BOI EazyPay facilitates sending money using your Visa Debit card and other person can receive money into any Visa Debit or Credit or Prepaid card. By using your Debit card you can send or receive money to and from anyone. This service can be used to: Send money to your loved ones Split a dinner bill among friends by the requesting money feature Contribute towards a gift for your friend and many such more 1.3 What are person to person (P2P) payments? P2P, or Person to Person, transfer service is an innovative way of sending or receiving money via e- mail or text message. The service offers you the ability to request payments from anyone, or make fast convenient payments - anytime, anywhere using your existing bank account, card account, wallet or any other authorized and permitted payment mode from time to time. 2.0 Sending Money 2.1 How do I send money: To send money to anyone Enter the recipient's e-mail address or mobile phone number Enter the amount You can also add a personalized message Enter your Visa Debit Card number and secured credentials. That's it you re done!

A secure invitation code is generated by the system when you are transacting with someone for the first time to establish trust between you and the person who are entering this transaction into. BOI EazyPay will generate a secure invitation code, which you need to share one time with your friend "offline" (through an one-toone interaction using sms or e-mail or phone call or face to face) to ensure that it is the same person who has registered and accepted the money. It helps you ensure the money has been received by the person to whom you wanted to send the money to. 2.2 What are the different ways I can send money to someone? You can send money using a recipient's: E-mail address/mobile number: your contact will receive an email with secured link and your personalized message. The payment notification will be active for (T+2) Transaction day + 2 days for him/her to act. You may log in and recall the money back, if the recipient has not already claimed the money within the above time. Once the money has been accepted by the recipient, the same cannot be recalled. 2.3. When will the recipient receive the funds? The timing to receive the funds depends on the type of destination Visa card used to receive the payment. If the card from your issuing bank is Visa Fast Funds enabled, monies will be realized within a maximum time of 30 mins. For all other Visa cards the money will be credited to the beneficiary card maximum by the end of the third working day from the day of the transaction (T+2 day where T is the day of the transaction). The recipient should reach out to his card issuing bank on queries regarding credit of funds. 2.4 When will funds be deducted from my account? The funds will be debited from your account immediately when you authorize debit using your Secure password. OTP/3D 2.5 How much can I transfer, are there any limits? Limits are put in place for your protection and to meet regulatory requirements. There are limits on the amount of money that can be transferred and the frequency of payments over certain amount of time. A single transaction using BOI EazyPay cannot exceed Rs. 5000/- per card per day (This does not include recall/refunds/card Bill Pay transactions) and in a month you can transfer upto a maximum of Rs. 25000/-. For Credit Card Bill payments, the maximum transfer limit is INR 1,50,000/-. 2.6. Can I cancel a payment? To cancel a transfer, navigate to the "recall" option provided in the Transaction View list from the 'Dashboard' page. You can cancel the send money or request money transaction if the recipient has not already claimed/paid the money. Once your payment request has been successfully completed, you cannot cancel the transaction.
2.7. What is Invitation code, why & when do I need to share it At BOI EazyPay we take upmost care in ensuring the safety of your funds and data. Receiving Money You will receive a secured link on e-mail or your mobile through a text message from BOI EazyPay Enters the secured invitation code which your friend has shared with you Your Visa card details and secured credentials Money is safely transferred to your account 3.1 How will I know if someone sends me money using BOI EazyPay? If the sender sends the money using your email address or mobile phone number, you will receive an email or text message 3.2 Do I always have to deposit payments into the same account? No. You can add multiple cards to your profile on BOI EazyPay. 3.3.Do payments sent to me expire? Yes. You have T+2 working days from the date you receive the payment notification to accept money where T is the date of transfer/notification. The money will be auto refunded to the sender if not claimed within the time period. 3.4 What happens when a payment someone sent me expires? When a payment expires, the funds are auto-returned to the sender. Please contact your sender to request another payment if you still wish to receive the funds.
3.5 When will the funds be realized in my account? The timing to receive the funds depends on the type of destination Visa card used to receive the payment. If the card from your issuing bank is Visa Fast Funds enabled, monies will be realized within a maximum time of 30 mins. For all other Visa cards the money will be credited to the beneficiary card maximum by the end of the third working day from the day of the transaction (T+2 day where T is the day of the transaction). 3.6. To accept a payment: Click the secure, unique link that you have received on your e-mail or mobile Enter the invitation code shared with you by the sender Provide registration details if you are a first time user or login using your credentials if you are an existing user Proceed and Accept the payment That's it you are done! 3.7. If the sender has provided the wrong mobile number or I cannot receive text messages on my phone, what should I do? If the sender has provided a wrong mobile number; he/she have the option to recall the money if the recipient has not already accepted the same. The sender can then resend the money to the intended recipient by initiating another send money transaction to a verified e-mail/mobile number of the recipient. In case the recipient has not received the notification. The sender can re-initiate notification to the recipient using the "Resend Notification" option provided in the transaction details view. Also please note that, a first time recipient cannot accept the money with the link alone. They will need to enter the invitation code as well to establish trust. Therefore your money will be safe and u can safely recall the same at any time using the "Recall Money" option before T+2 working day end. If you do not recall the money within that period; then it will be auto-refunded safely to the Visa card that was used to make the payment. Limits are put in place for your protection and to meet regulatory requirements. There are limits on the amount of money that can be transferred and the frequency of payments over certain amount of time. A single transaction using BOI EazyPay cannot exceed Rs. 5000/= per card payment per day (This does not include recall/refunds/card Bill Pay transactions) and in a month you can transfer upto a maximum of Rs. 25000/=. For Card Bill payments, the maximum transfer limit is INR 1,50,000/=. 4.4. Can I cancel a payment? To cancel a transfer, navigate to the "recall" option provided in the request transaction view from the 'Dashboard' page. You can cancel the request money transaction if the recipient has not already paid the money. Once your payment request has been successfully completed, you cannot cancel the transaction.

Paying a Request To pay a request, Click on the link you have received on your mobile or email For all first time transactions between 2 individuals, enter the secure invitation code, which your friend has shared with you offline Enter the e-mail address or mobile phone number Enter your Visa Debit card number and secured credentials. That s it you re done 5.1 How am I notified of a Request? When a user requests money, you will receive an email or text message depending on where the user has sent the request. 5.2. What account can I use to pay the Request? Requests can be paid with a Visa debit card 5.3. When will the requestor receive the money? The timing to receive the funds depends on the type of account used to make the payment. If you have a Visa Fast Fund enabled card, monies will be realized within 30 mins. For all other cards the money will be credited into the requestors account within 3 business days. 5.4 How long do I have to pay the Request? All Requests are valid until cancelled by the requestor and can be viewed in the Transactions from the Dashboard. View 6.0 Troubleshooting 6.1 What if I forgot my user name or password? There is a forgot password option on the login page which you can use. You will have to provide your registered e-mail ID or mobile number in your profile to receive a reset link. On clicking the reset password link you will be able to reset your password. However please note that the second factor authentication (question & secret answer) is a requirement to know that it is you who is resetting the password and no one else. Please ensure you always remember the same. 6.2 What if a wrong email or mobile number is entered? If the sender has provided a wrong mobile number; he/she have the option to recall the money if the recipient has not already accepted the same. Our customer support is operational from Monday to Friday between 9 a.m. to 6 p.m 6.5 Can I set up a payment for a future date? No, at this time, you cannot set up payments for a future date. 6.6. Can I send payments internationally? No. Payments can be sent or received to/from others who have a valid domestically issued Visa Card from a bank in India. 6.7. I am a Non Resident holding an account in a bank in India, Can I use BOI EazyPay? Payments can be sent or received to/from others who have a valid domestically issued Visa Card from a bank in India. 7. 0 Fund Status 7.1 How will I know when payment is complete? You can check status of your request in the Transactions list on the dashboard page.. 7.2 How long does it take to complete a funds transfer request? It may be usually be instant or may take two to three business days to complete the transfer. The specifics will depend, in part, on the time of day you initiated the payment, how long it takes for the recipient to accept your payment request, and how quickly your institution updates your account after receiving the funds. Full details regarding your payments requests are viewable by clicking on the Ref # in the 'Transactions' list on the dashboard page. 7.3 How can I check the status of my payment? You can check the status of your request in the dashboard section. 7.4 What do the different status designations mean? Pending: Your request has been received and the system is preparing to initiate the debit (withdrawal) transaction upon acceptance of the (send/receive) payment request. Success: The funds have been sent to the destination account. At this time the transaction will be reflected in both (source and destination) accounts. Please check your online banking or contact your financial institution to verify the availability of these funds. Failed: The transfer could not be completed. More details on why the payment failed can be obtained by clicking on the Ref # in the Transfers & Payments list on the dashboard page. Typical causes of failed or returned payments are: Lack of sufficient funds in the source account.
The recipient did not accept the payment or the request for payment within the three day limit. The source or destination account is closed or frozen. Changes were made to the account, leading to incorrect account number Recalled/Refunded: Your request to cancel the payment has been received. At this time, no further actions will be taken on the payment request. Also, if the receiver does not accept the payment the auto refund will be processed on T+3 days (where T is a transaction Day) post clear receipt of funds and reconciliation at Techprocess. To be referred to BOI EazyPay support team TPSL needs to check the OCT status, if success then provide ARN no received from VISA Settlement. If failed in VISA settlement then reinitiate OCT.
