The other 9 years I served as a Principal because when I was appointed as a Deputy Principal at Phehello Primary School, there was no principal which made to act as a principal until I was appointed in that position in 2005 It was at this level that I demonstrated managerial and leadership skills, including refining my organisational, analytical and report-writing skills. Roles and Responsibilities Responsible for time-tabling, staff development, learner discipline, fundraising, examination coordination at primary schools, financial management as principal. Served on various of education committees at school and community levels: school management committees, school governing body, mathematics subject committees, cultural committees, sports committees, school environmental committees.
