Modules and Schedule GLEMBA comprises of 14 international Business modules in English and a compulsory business strategy project. Seven modules will be held in SBM ITB, Jakarta and seven modules will be held in Aalto EE, Singapore. Aalto EE modules: Management Communication Innovation Management Landscape Management Accounting & Control Personal & Organizational Leadership Strategic Management Elective 1* Elective 2* Venue: Ritz Carlton Millenia Hotel (or equivalent) Singapore Timetable: Friday: 15.00 21.30 Saturday & Sunday: 8.30 18.30 One weekend/month (a total of 2.5 days) Aalto EE will conduct the exam (if any) inside class schedule above SBM ITB modules: Business Ethics, Law, and Sustainability Managerial Finance People in Organization Business Economics International Marketing Management Strategic Decision Making & Negotiation International Operations Management Venue: MBA ITB Jakarta Campus Timetable: Friday, Saturday, Sunday: 8.00 17.00 every two weeks time (a total of 6 days) ITB might conduct exams outside the schedule with prior notice Business Strategy Project (with both Aalto & ITB Professors) Total Length of Course: 18-24 Months * GLEMBA participants can choose from a variety of elective modules from the Singapore class or other Aalto EMBA locations such as Helsinki, Poland, South Korea and Taiwan. * Optional two electives during the International week and two elective study tours abroad contribute further in developing cross-cultural competence. 6
Admission and Tuition Fee Qualification: To be admitted into GLEMBA program, you need a university degree, a good command of English with minimum TOEFL scores (Paperbased 500, Computer-based 173, and Internetbased 61) or IELTS 5.5 and minimum eight years relevant work experience. In the selection process, you also need to pass our Academic Test, English Proficiency Test, and Interview.
