Software Developers Our development team is based at our development campus in Oxford. Working at the forefront of our field, developers are given responsibility from the very beginning. Using primarily C++ and C#, the role offers the chance to work on a variety of projects, including, but not limited to, everything from system wide features, to client specific requests and time critical software fixes. Developers are expected to work closely with hedge funds and investment banks through every stage of development from specification to final implementation. Our developers also work closely with our systems consultants to ensure the prompt resolution of any issues faced by clients. Financial Systems Consultants Based across London, Oxford, Hong Kong and New York, our financial systems consultants provide vital support to a wide client base. Providing expert knowledge both remotely and in person, our team ensure the prompt resolution of any issues faced by clients. Due to the rapidly changing nature of the role no two days are the same. Our system support team research and replicate reported issues, implement resolutions, test solutions and communicate these to our clients. They work closely with our development teams to ensure the best solution is reached in all circumstances. More generally, our consultant s tasks include, but are not limited to, pre and post sales implementation, support, training and further system-wide troubleshooting. Our team deal also with customer specific matters, such as integration with existing front and back office systems. Excellent communication skills are essential for the role, as is the ability to work under pressure with a busy varied workload. Furthermore, staff need to be able to interpret customer requirements and communicate these effectively and precisely to the software development team.
