For permanent roles you can expect to see candidates within three to five days, and sometimes within 24 hours. For contractor roles our platform can work even faster. WHAT TYPE OF JOBS CAN I POST ON NBR TALENT? You can advertise jobs across most sectors and functional areas on NBR Talent including Technology, Sales & Marketing, Accounting & Finance, Administration, Banking, Construction & Property, Engineering, Human Resources, Manufacturing & Operations and Supply Chain among others across salaries ranging anywhere from $30,000 to $200,000 per annum. Contractor roles also work particularly well. This said, some roles work better than others. If you have any questions before posting your job, your NBR Talent account manager will advise you. Pet Doctors Group also looks to leverage its growing number of clinics as a platform for further technology-based solutions for the veterinary profession, both in New Zealand and international markets. The Pet Doctors Group is already New Zealand s largest companion animal business with over 60 vets and approximately 250 staff and is about to embark on a rapid growth phase. We were recommended to NBR Talent by our private equity investor Pioneer Capital who had successfully used the site to appoint a hard-to-fill Chief Operating Officer for one of their portfolio companies, Pet Doctors chief executive Dr Stephen Merchant says. We had a mission-critical CFO role to fill and were on the verge of rushing this appointment. Through posting a CFO contractor job on NBR Talent we were able to appoint a high-calibre, 2-month CFO contractor within 24 hours to help manage the transition to a permanent CFO. Being time-poor, we also found this a more efficient experience than placing jobs on job boards where you spend a lot of time sifting through large numbers of often inappropriate applicants. The time savings are immense and we get a more qualified stream of candidates.
