Guidelines for Citizens to apply in the Schemes Step 1. Citizen Registration The online portal provides the citizens a functionality to register themselves in the user directory of the portal and get the related privileges/entitlements based on the eligibility. To register, Citizen have to open www.huda.gov.in in their web browser Citizen will click on Register link on the home page A Registration form is displayed. The Citizen shall fill up the registration form by providing all the required information.
Citizen Registration Form Once the form is completely filled & submitted by the Citizen, a unique login id & a password will be mailed to the citizen s Email. Also, a registration success page will be displayed to the user stating that You have been successfully registered, your login id and password are mailed to your email-id abc@xxxx.com.
Step 2. User Log In After registration, the next step is to provide the Citizen user a functionality to log-in to the HUDA portal. Here, the user has to provide his login credentials. The login credentials include login Id & password which were provided to the user at the time of registration. Citizen will open www.huda.gov.in in his web browser; Login to your Account section will be available on the home page of the portal The user has to log in the Portal by entering his user name and the password which has been mailed from the portal. User Name and Password of citizens will be provided to them during registration process and will be stored in portal database The user is authenticated by the system. In case of an authentication failure, HUDA Portal will throw an error message quoting login failure. In case of more than five unsuccessful login attempts, Portal will block the user name and password of the citizen. In this case a message screen will be displayed to the citizen stating that his account has been blocked and he may get his new password by clicking on Forget Password link.
Step 3. Applying in Schemes After successful login user will click on New Scheme link on Home Page of HUDA Portal. As shown in following figure. Scheme Names and details of new schemes published by along with Scheme Number, Scheme Name, Floatation Date, Closure Date. All such schemes names will be published on HUDA portal. Citizen can download this brochure available against each scheme to get more information. As the links shows in below Image, you can go to New Scheme Page after click on it.
On New scheme Page there are 3 links. 1) To download Scheme broucher, 2) Guidelines for users to applying in the Scheme, 3) Apply Now link is use to proceed for applying the application in the scheme. After click Apply Now user will get the Terms and Condition Page. Users have to accept the Terms and Conditions and proceed further. As shown in figure below.
The current Live Schemes are floated in this page as shown in following figure. The details of new schemes published by along with Scheme Number, Scheme Name, Floatation Date, Closure Date. After click on Apply Online the application will displayed. The applicant shall fill the application form in online mode only on HUDA Web Portal there is no other mode to apply in the scheme. The application number shall be generated on HUDA Website only after data has been duly entered. The applicant should verify his/her details carefully before submitting application on HUDA Website. Once data has been submitted online and challan has been generated, no change/ modification of the data shall be permissible. Prescribed earnest money plus Non-refundable processing fee of Rs. 500/- is required to be duly deposited in HUDA account, mere online submission of data on HUDA Web Portal and generation of challan, will not be treated as application and shall liable to be rejected outright. While submitting data on HUDA Web Portal, the applicant will select whether application is under self finance scheme or bank finance scheme. In case of self finance, the applicant shall mandatorily fill up the details of bank account number and IFSC Code etc. for refund of earnest money in case he remains unsuccessful. If such details are not filled up correctly in the application form, HUDA will not be responsible for any delay in refund of earnest money. However in case earnest money is financed by the bank, as the refund shall be given to the bank directly, the applicant shall not be able to fill up such details of bank account number and IFSC Code etc. And user submits his/her application. Thereafter a challan will be generated on the HUDA Web Portal.
1) Bank Financed Case: User will generate their application Fee Challan and go to its concern bank(on. Earnest money is financed by the bank, the bank will upload the details about receipt of requisite money, on the HUDA Web Portal within three days after closure of the scheme. After that user will get the computerised receipt from Portal. User
2) Self Financed Case: In case of self finance, the applicant can himself make payments online on HUDA Web Portal or he can approach the bank and deposit requisite money with the bank. The bank will upload the details about receipt of requisite money, on the HUDA Web Portal within three days of receipt. As shown in below figures.
