AXS Biometric Security System The SECU-AXS biometric security system components may be customized and used in numerous configurations to provide a full scale security and access control system to both fixed locations (office buildings, warehouses, refineries, airports..) and mobile applications (delivery trucks, car services..). SECU-AXS Networked System Components: Management Software Fully customizable software system which manages and stores all authentication data, communicates to and manages all biometric terminals and access points for one or multiple locations and offers full report generation for all data in the system Biometric Terminals - Terminals may be used for access control and authorization through any combination of authentication technologies including biometric fingerprints, smart cards and or key pads Data Entry Components and Network Data entry components such as computers, cameras and fingerprint scanners are used to enter authentication data into the system and the network (wired or wireless) is used to distribute the data as dictated by the management software The SECU-AXS Biometric Security System can incorporate both fixed locations and mobile applications with all Biometric Terminals/Access Control points being managed and controlled by a single networked system with real time constant updating for monitoring. The Access Control systems (Biometric Terminals at all installations and Vehicle Security and Tracking systems) are managed by the SYS4S Management System and Software. The Management System and Software is comprised of the Central Management Computer Stations, software and the network which control the Access Control System. Once fully combined, SYS4S offers a complete and powerful embedded security system which can be customized in any way to meet your exact needs. Central Management Stations Consist of computer, display, SYS4S software and data input devices to monitor system, input date, retrieve date and run reports Are connected to all Biometric Terminals via LAN for facilities and GPS/GPRS for Vehicle Systems to upload and download Can be located at multiple facilities, all on the same network allowing management of all access points/terminals through any Central Management Station Data Input Devices Used to input any desired information into system which is used to authenticate employees/visitor. Automatic shift capturing is also possible in case shift schedule not defined. The software has provision to regularize late arrival, early departure details, which occurred due to some official reason. Software provides leave application module for entering leave details of an employee if he/she goes on Casual/Earned /Medical /Leave Without Pay or Compensatory off. Allows bus memo entry for authorization of late arrival for all employees entering the premises on a particular date and during a particular shift. It keeps the track of outstation duty with date & time stamp for employee. It calculates yearly earned/medical leave calculation on the basis of a predefined formula and thereafter updates the balance of earned/medical leave available for the employee automatically.
