It is the only fully functional NO WIRES GPS/GPRS/GSM and RFID monitoring solution currently in the regional market. In many cases the employees are usually involved in the theft of the cargo they are entrusted to transport. Simply tracking the cargo is not enough, knowing when its content is being tampered with, removed and where is just as important. Utrack ECT-1 provides the solution to solve this problem. ECT-1 is our GPS/GPRS device with embedded active RF module. It has the ability to continuously monitor the unlock/lock status of the RFSeal securing the outlets. Electronic Cargo Monitoring Solution (ECT-1) Overview The ECT-1 AVL (Tracking unit) records the exact location of the vehicle using GPS while the RF-Seals (Radio Frequency Enabled Seals) secure the Hatches and Valves on the Tanker or cargo compartment doors on the trucks. The RF Seal Lock Status Alerts are then relayed Wirelessly to the AVL and then together with the GPS Position are sent to our server at regular preset intervals via the GSM network.

3 The Fleet Owner / Manager and / or Cargo Owner can then log on to our system via the internet using a secure password to supervise the Truck movement/performance and obtain the location updates. You can also generate reports to enable you view all events and alerts. This data is then stored for review or future reference. Destination location can also be configured on the ECT-1 AVL which then monitors the RFSeal and its location. Any attempt to remove or access the cargo before it reaches its destination will generate an alert to the Management who can contact local Police or a Rapid Response Unit and direct them to the point of theft or siphoning. 4 The Process Our software allows our client to input all the destinations of the cargo. This information is then retained in the database for monitoring by ECT-1 AVL. Alerts and notifications can be set by the client to be notified when specific activities occur such as: Lock and Unlock status of the RFSeal and Location Entering Unauthorized Zones Alert Triggers (Any of the following conditions can be set up to trigger alerts): Asset Destination When vehicle arrives at a scheduled destination. Restricted Entry When vehicle enters a restricted area. Restricted Stop When vehicle stops in a restricted area. Competitor Property When vehicle is on Competitor property.
