Using this Brand Guide This brand and style guide is designed to illustrate the basic requirements for appropriate usage of Prioria Robotics logo and design elements in a variety of mediums. All client acquisition and retention materials, marketing materials, publications, event collateral and electronic media should reflect the Prioria Robotics brand. This guide serves as an aid for third parties such as designers, agencies, printers, specialty companies and others producing communication materials for Prioria Robotics.
Logo Use Overview All print, online, marketing and collateral communications should clearly be identified as originating from Prioria Robotics through the use of the logo, typography, and colors. On brochures, post cards, direct mail, newsletters and other printed pieces, an official logo must appear on the outside of the piece, either front or back. Color Palette Our primary logo has been establish to be used in full color (CMYK or RGB). In the case only spot colors are permitted, the following colors have been assigned to our brand: - Pantone 424C - Pantone 130C In instances where one color is only permitted, either a black or white (reversed) version is acceptable. Visual Elements The logo consists of two elements: the O symbol and the Prioria wordmark. The primary logo appears in gray with a yellow filling within the O The logo is a unique piece of artwork. The proportion and arrangement of the symbol and wordmark have been specifically determined. The logo should never be typeset, recreated or altered, which could cause inconsistencies that dilute the impact of the brand s power. The logo may be used with or without the tagline on marketing materials. The logo with tagline is typically used for official communication such as on company stationery.

Minimum Size The Prioria Robotics logo retains its visual strength in a wide range of sizes. However, when the logo is reproduced in print too small, it is no longer legible and its impact is diminished. What Not To Do The following examples show things you should NOT DO with the logo and brand. Please refrain from using any other colors not specified in this Brand Standards Guide. Never scale the logo disproportionately horizontally or vertically. Do not change the typeface. The logo, although based on a typeface, has been customized and handset. Do not attempt to recreate the O symbol. Do not alter the color or use an outline of the logo. Do not screen back the logo. Do not blur, skew or distort the logo. Do not apply effect, including drop shadow or glow. Do not rotate or angle the O symbol
