HELEN WELCH is a critically-acclaimed vocalist with command of a wide range of musical styles, starting with songs from the 1930 s up through those of today. Combining sophisticated vocals with humor leaves audiences breezily enchanted. A native of England, Helen moved to the U.S. in 2003. She immediately started performing in the region s best entertainment venues, like Severance Hall, Playhouse Square, Akron Civic, Blossom, Chautauqua, Nighttown and more. Helen released her first CD, One Dream in 2006. The CD featured the Cleveland Jazz Orchestra and her quartet, brings its programs directly to schools that have no music programs, and provides students with training in music and dance free of any charge.
