Global perspectives, local impacts A unique preparation for leadership As part of the SCDP, you join a group of hand-picked young talents on a fast track to senior management with Schindler. That demands great commitment, and it brings real opportunities. We provide: international job rotation access to senior management and executive mentors exposure to a broad spectrum of roles giving you multiple perspectives on what makes a global corporation tick Over one billion people depend on Schindler for urban mobility every day. It won't be easy. SCDP is not a chauffeur-driven limo ride to success. You will be taken outside your comfort zone, pushed to your limits, and forced to examine yourself, your attitudes, your motivations and your performance in harsh and sometimes unforgiving contexts. You might not fi nd every part of that experience straightforward. But when you look back on it, we guarantee you ll be proud of it. I worked in 3 countries, with 6 functions in 10 years. All positions come with real-world challenges and responsibilities. Every job allocated has fl exible timing; we want to make sure that all SCDP participants have the scope to achieve optimum results. We provide consistent, professional mentoring, setting individual goals and tracking development for each participant throughout their 6-year program. Our mission is urban mobility. Our vision is leadership through customer service. In the SCDP, I found training, opportunities and challenges.
