We don t want customers to feel like they have to deal with multiple companies or points of contact, says Orf. We don t hide our partnership quite the opposite but we want to reassure customers that we are independent. DataMentors has received training so that it can operate independently and own the customer relationship. We are fully independent and don t have to rely on BlueVenn, says Orf. That said, we know that BlueVenn is there to help us when we need it. We had a technical issue recently that went beyond what we could fix. BlueVenn sent people to the customer site to resolve the issue, which shows the commitment that BlueVenn has to our partnership. Our own philosophy is to make the customer happy. Cendris cuts data prework by 50% using BlueVenn Cendris is one of Holland s largest players in direct communication. The company has seen its business transform over the last couple of years from offering discrete print, direct mail and call centre services into becoming a marketing service provider. Our clients don t come to us for print services or b2b data lists any more, says Kees Groenewoud, MD of campaign management, Cendris. They expect us to solve their business problems. It means our analysts can focus on what we pay them for - data analysis - instead of spending their time on data deduplication and standardisation.
