CAPABILITY STATEMENT COMPANY OVERVIEW Puente Technology LLC is a small business contracting entity developed in July 2009. Dave Guerra, a veteran, utilized his years of military discipline, professional network, and entrepreneurial experience to create Puente, a business focused on Network Infrastructure and Maintenance opportunities within the federal small business procurement arena. In 2012, Puente expanded its market capabilities into Construction and Facilities Management to provide even greater comprehensive services for its customers. Today, Puente s capabilities range from general construction services to implementation of IT network architecture. Puente s reputable performance and valued services are built on safe practices, overcoming challenges and exceeding customer expectations. Our solutions are based on adaptive practices, evaluating, and delivering on specific performance measures in all phases of the project. This coupled with the ability to overcome, adapt, and achieve delivers successful projects and satisfied clients. CORE COMPETENCIES Puente expanded as a Prime Contractor capable of Preconstruction, Estimating, Design Build, Construction Management and General Construction. We recently completed the final phase of an Air Craft Storage facility at Rickenbacker ANG, and Puente was recently awarded our third project at Bolling AFB in Washington DC. With Puente s collective skills, adaptability and operative focus, we are poised for continued growth and operational success. Puente also provides network infrastructure, including low voltage structured cabling (ISP/OSP), Wireless, Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS) and Passive Optical Networks (PON). The IT division specializes in onsite support, moves/adds/changes (MAC) and datacenter consolidations. Puente s team designs, tests, and certifies network infrastructure projects, reviewed and approved by an RCDD to ensure BICSI standards. Guerra Henkels & McCoy Contact: Jordan Conner Puente provided Structured Cabling installation services and telecom room infrastructure upgrades in an academic setting. Puente installed, terminated and tested both copper and fiber connectivity. As part of our Green-initiative, we harvested the existing cabling for recycling purposes. Guerra Henkels & McCoy Contact: Mike Kelly Mobilized and managed two crews from Local 24, International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW). The crews installed a Distributed Antenna System (DAS) along with the fiber optic backbone to support the network throughout multiple floors and telecom closets. Grogan Puente (Prime Contractor) supervised the construction of an Aircraft Support Equipment Facility and provided all equipment and staffing necessary to complete the project on time and under budget. Scope of work included preparing and pouring concrete foundation, building construction (including roofing, lighting and electrical) and repairing existing concrete. Puente successfully partnered with multiple subcontractors to complete the project. March 2013 - May 2013 GSA / Bolling Air Force Base Generator Feeder Cable Replacement / Puente Consolidated JV, LLC Total Contract Value: $86,000 Puente Consolidated JV LLC was the prime contractor for the replacement of electrical cables from an emergency generator to the ATS (Automated Transfer Switch) in the electrical room of a secure facility. Major tasks included trenching, installing conduit (inside and outside), building the duct bank, pulling cable, terminating, testing and cutover.

Puente provided conduit pathway and connectivity services for USDA Scada Transformer Monitoring System (STMS). The project took place at USDA s main complex in Washington DC. The STMS were located in transfer rooms on main floor and sub-basement. The control boxes were located at various office locations throughout the main floors and sub-basement. Puente performed the installation of network cabling, connectivity and conduit pathways. Puente equipped municipal buildings with fiber optic cabling for broadband connection. The installation involved outside plant/inside plant connectivity to existing telecom closets and server rooms.
