Thrughut the curse, yu will participate in a blend f self paced and adaptive released (instructr paced) activities using Schlgy and alternative Internet based technlgies. Each assignment has a rubric. Mst students d well n their assignments because they knw what is expected f them. In additin t receiving a passing grade in all Pass/ N Pass assignments, each mdule (with the exceptin f the Intrductin mdule) has ne Prtfli assignment that students submit fr grading. These Prtfli assignments will be cmpiled and submitted in an eprtfli (electrnic prtfli). Like the ther curse assignments, each prtfli assignment has a rubric. If yu already have a prfessinal blg, it is likely that yu will be able t use that t pst yur reflectins during the curse. All reflectin assignments shuld shw a thughtful cnsideratin f the tpic. Reflectins are expected t be written in standard English, and are typically 300 500 wrds in length. Reflectins may include hyperlinks t utside resurces, embedded Web 2.0 tls frm this curse, and/r prperly cited images. PORTFOLIO T earn Leading Edge Certificatin yu need t successfully cmplete all cursewrk and assignments and submit a passing LEC Prtfli. Yur LEC Prtfli will be assessed by 3 educatrs 1 peer reviewer, yur curse facilitatr, and an additinal LEC prfessinal develper. These individuals will review yur Prtfli based n the fllwing 3 criteria: 1) Prtfli assignments will be assessed using the apprpriate 3 pint rubric. T pass, a scre f 3 needs t be achieved fr each prtfli assignment. 2) After all mdule prtfli assignments are assessed, a prtfli rubric will be used t assess the eprtfli as a whle. Again, a scre f 3 is required in each rubric categry. 3) Students will be given feedback n their eprtfli.
