Step 1 - Access the SHRT State Health Repository Tool (SHRT) Testing Instructions 1. Close out any other open browsers. 2. Enter https://shrt.adp.com in the Address field of your browser and press Enter to display the SHRT Login page. (If you receive a Page Not Found error message when accessing the site for the first time, re-enter the address and hit ENTER). 3. Enter your current SHBP Enrollment Portal User Name (also called User ID). This is NOT your View Direct user name. Your User Name is case-sensitive. TIP: If you do not know your current Enrollment Portal User Name, go to the Enrollment Portal at https://myshbpga.adp.com and choose Forgot User ID? Your User ID can be emailed or texted to you. 4. Enter the temporary Password which is: SHBP@adp123 Your password is case-sensitive. Note that this is NOT your current Enrollment Portal password. 5. You will be prompted to create a new password. This password is separate from your Enrollment Portal password; however, you could set it to the same password as the one used for the Enrollment Portal. Once you have changed your password, you will be directed to the SHRT home page. Step 2 Install the Plug-in 1. When you click on a folder for the first time, you ll see the following at the top of the page. Click the Install Now button located in the center of the top of the home page. Download Upload 1 08/2014

a. A window will open, and the plug-in will begin installing automatically. If your browser displays a security prompt/warning, click Allow, Continue or Install to proceed. TIP: Once complete, the window showing Installing Plugin may still appear at the top of the screen. No action is required. 2. Accept the License Agreement by checking the box, and then click Next. If you are unable to install the plug-in and receive Error Code 11, 12 or 47, please provide the information below to your IT Department in order to continue. If you are able to install the plug-in, continue to Step 3. Error Code 11, 12, and 47 Instructions Steps Process Flow Instructions Screen Shot 1 During a transfer if you encounter Error Codes 11, 12, 47, take the following steps: 2 With the transfer list still open, click on Clear List to remove any failed transfers. 3 The network management team for your location will need to confirm and/or enable outbound access to the following IP s and ports on their firewall. 4 If your location utilizes a content filter, the following IP s should be listed as ignored. 5 Below is an example of what a content filter will look like; however, the view may vary by site depending on what filtering product is in use Site: shrt.adp.com IP: 170.146.220.227 IP: 170.146.221.226 Protocol: TCP Ports: 80, 443, 33001, 4180, 4543 Protocol: UDP Port: 33001 IP: 170.146.220.227 IP: 170.146.221.226 6 Once confirmed the content filter and firewall rules are completed, the user should try to upload and download a file again Step 3 Download and Upload Files Download a File: (Please note that you may not have download capabilities based on your access rights. If the download folder does not appear, please proceed to Upload a File.) 1. Click on the From_ADP folder to open it. Download Upload 3 08/2014

1. Check the box next to file to download. 2. Click Download. 3. Check the box in the security pop-up and click Allow. (You should not have to perform this task the next time you download a file; however, if prompted again then just check the box.) 4. A Transfers window (see below) will appear showing the status of the download. When the file has downloaded successfully, the status appears as DONE. The file will appear in the Downloads folder in your profile. Do not close the window until you see the word DONE and until you complete the next step. 5. You can change the location to save your downloads by clicking on the Preferences icon in the Transfers window (see above). Select the Transfers tab and browse for the location to save future downloads. 6. If you cannot download the file, send an email to SHBP.Benefits@adp.com. Be sure to include a screen shot and a description of the issue you are experiencing. A representative will get back to you via email. Download Upload 4 08/2014

Upload a File: (Please note that you may not have upload capabilities based on your access rights. If you the Upload folder does not appear, please proceed to Step 4.) 1. Click Upload and browse your directory for the test file you just downloaded to upload it back to the site. Click on the file name once and then click Open. 2. Check the box in the security pop-up and click Allow. (You will not have to perform this task the next time you upload a file.) 3. If you cannot upload a file, send an email to SHBP.Benefits@adp.com. Use SHRT as the subject line in the email. Be sure to include a screen shot and description of the issue you are experiencing. A representative will get back to you via email. Step 4 Confirm Completed Tasks Once you have completed the above tasks successfully, send an email to SHBP.Benefits@adp.com with the subject line SHRT Tasks Completed. Thank you.
