HOW TO CONNECT Deciding on best method (POP or IMAP) There are several ways to access your new email account, these include webmail, a mail client on your desktop computer and mobile device. Before you do anything you need to decide how you are going to access your email, either using POP or IMAP. You might not have the answer to that, so answer this question to help you decide. Are you planning on checking your email on multiple computers and/or a mobile device such as a phone or tablet? If you answered yes to that question then you want to use IMAP, otherwise if you are only going to access your email on one computer and have no intentions to ever use multiple devices then POP is what you should use. 100%
