2015 Pricing Guide Commercial Credit Cards

Still bringing you real value for money in 2015 We are pleased to announce that we have once again managed to keep our annual fee increases to a minimum. This Pricing Guide outlines our Commercial Credit card services and their costs in more detail. The fees in this schedule are effective from 1 January 2015, include VAT and are subject to change. Plan your banking and save even more! One of the ways you can save on bank charges is to plan effectively. If you know where you are spending, you can identify where you can save and avoid unplanned deficits which may incur penalty fees. With this in mind, here are some suggestions on how to manage your Commercial Credit card in the most cost-efficient way: Pay your card by Automatic Payment Order (APO) Signing an APO will help reduce your cash deposit fees and it is easier, safer and more convenient than paying by cash or cheque. Remember too, that it is less expensive to use Standard Bank ATMs for transactions like cash withdrawals, deposits and statements than it is to use another bank s ATM. Make use of our value-added services. Your Commercial Credit card is the key to efficient financial management, as it gives you total control over your travel, entertainment and other expenses. With its range of superb features and benefits, your Commercial Card offers you convenience, security and peace of mind all backed up with exceptional service. Benefits include: Up to 55 interest-free credit which allows you to manage your cash flow more effectively. Basic automatic travel insurance cover of up to R1 million when travel tickets are purchased on the card and international emergency assistance if you are under the age of 75 years. 2

International acceptance at over 30 million merchants and 900 000 ATMs internationally. Free lost card protection. Detailed statements to facilitate your dealings with the South African Revenue Service and reduce the need to maintain a creditor s book. Access to MasterCard Smart Data Online (SDOL Gen2) or Visa Intellilink, web-based expense management tools which allow you to manage and track your business expenditure at all times. The services of a dedicated support team and priority call centre. Enjoy advanced fraud protection In addition to the Chip and PIN security feature on your Commercial Credit card, Standard Bank Card Division uses a world-class fraud detection system that identifies questionable transactions based on variations to a customer s conventional spending profile. This technology detects fraud with pinpoint accuracy via proven neural network models and other proprietary predictive technologies. 3
