Goal One of the goal of the TEMPUS project is a development of Educational Standards for the Master s programs 8.05010301 Systems Software and 8.05010302 Software Engineering, which include the course package for innovation and entrepreneurship education as a as a component of the National Standard and Enactment of these standards BENEFITS of these standards: - Competencies model agreed with academic society, business companies and international partners and include core requirements to graduates of such programs - Include knowledge areas related to innovations, start-ups, etc. - Each University can adopt them based on technological needs of regions or their international partners

Old Branch standards of higher education include components The Educational-qualification characteristics of university graduates. Educational-qualification characteristic of the graduates reflects the goals of higher education and professional training, determines the structure of the description of competences as important social skills, system of the typical production functions and tasks, set of skills to implement them. The Educational professional programs; Educational training program determines normative and regulatory terms of learning content for a certain direction or specialty according to the Educational-qualification characteristic, establishes requirements for the content, scope and level of educational professional training. Diagnostic Tools for Higher Education. Diagnostic Tools of higher education define standardized methods that are developed for quantitative and qualitative evaluation of the achieved level of individual knowledge and skills, professional, philosophical and civic qualities. New Branch standards of higher education include components (http://zakon2.rada.gov.ua/laws/show/1556-18) 1) the amount of ECTS credits needed to obtain the corresponding degree of higher education; 2) a list of competencies of graduates; 3) the normative content of training for the graduates of Higher Education, formulated in terms of learning outcomes; 4) forms of certification candidates for higher education; 5) requirements for the presence of internal quality assurance; 6) the requirements of professional standards (if any).
