Usually it is possible to pass 3 modules if a student so prefers, in this case some free electives credits are also used. The number of modules offered depends on the number of students but at least 2 full modules are offered. Replacement of the subjects within a module is decided by administrator. Title: Module of Compulsory Method 15 ECP Objectives - To develop skills for intellectual work: e.g reading scientific texts, preparation of presentations, work in groups; - To create the pre-requisite for acquiring basic knowledge and skills of research design and methods.

Learning outcomes - Has specific knowledge and skills arising from learning interests, which support individual development in the selected speciality; - Improves the proficiency of one foreign language by one level according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages, preferably to B2 level; - Has developed the computer skills necessary for university studies. Title: Bachelor s thesis 12 ECP Objectives - To create opportunities for and support the development of the skills of conducting research and writing of academic texts on actual topics of political sciences; - To acquire experience for conducting research by using the best-known instruments and means; - To develop a general understanding for the possibilities of scientific solutions and limitations in solving societal problems. Learning outcomes - Is able to delimit problems in a more narrow area; collect, analyse, generalise and critically evaluate data; - Applies some analytical instruments; - Is able to plan and conduct research and present research results in a compact and structured manner; - Uses more important specialised literature sources in conducting an analysis on a specific topic.
