Coach: Paige Jenkins 832-556-4516 pjenkins@lee.edu ALL TOURNAMENT TEAM The All-Tournament team will be selected according to the Region XIV guidelines. Nomination ballots will be handed out prior to the commencement of each match and will be collected after the match has ended. ATHLETIC TRAINING The Lee College athletic training room will be open throughout the tournament. The athletic training room is located on the first floor of the Lee College Sports Arena. To arrange taping or treatments, call Athletic Trainer Ha Nguyen 409-454-6840. Teams without a trainer should provide their own supplies. The following will be provided for the visiting teams: Courtside: Water, cups, ice, splint kit The following therapeutic modalities are available at Lee College Ultrasound (with supervision of a certified Athletic Trainer) Muscle Stimulation (with supervision of a certified Athletic Trainer) Ice/heat packs ARTIFICIAL NOISEMAKERS No artificial noisemakers of any kind are allowed. Electronics and bands may not play while matches are in process. If your team is traveling with cheerleaders, they must refrain from banging/pounding any megaphones on the floor. CONCESSIONS The concession stand will be open throughout the tournament. The concession stand is located on the North side of the arena.

CREDENTIALS Credentials will be issued according to the request form. Please download, fill out, and return the request form by email to atroche@lee.edu by MONDAY, OCTOBER 20. All others must purchase tickets. For security reasons, credentials must be worn at all times when inside the Lee College Sports Arena. The request form can be found at www.lee.edu/athletics/volleyball/2014regiontournament. Media must also complete the request form listed in this packet to obtain credentials. LOCKER ROOMS FACILITIES Locker rooms will be provided for all teams for pre and post-game accommodations. Upon arrival at the Lee College Sports Arena event staff personnel will direct you to the appropriate locker room. Locker rooms are equipped with shower and bathrooms. Lee College is not responsible for any lost or stolen property. Please ensure that your locker room is clean after your game. MEDIA Media must complete a request form. The request form can be found at www.lee.edu/athletics/volleyball/2014regiontournament. MUSIC Music for the Region Tournament will be provided by Lee College. The National Anthem will be played at the start of each day. PARKING Thursday, November 6th Team buses/vans are to park at the fenced, gated parking lot just south of the railroad track. PARTICIPANTS Participating teams must fill out and submit a Participating Team Form by November 3rd, 2014. The form can be found and downloaded at www.lee.edu/athletics/volleyball/2014regiontournament. PHOTOGRAPHY Only approved still photographers with proper credentials will be allowed to photograph at courtside. Photographers must be off the court. No one will be allowed to take pictures from the court area without a credential. PRACTICE Practice times will be from 8:00am to 4:00pm Thursday, November 6th, 2014 in the Lee College Sports Arena. Practice times will run 55 minutes in length and will be closed to the public. If a team chooses to forgo their allotted time, no other team is allowed to move into that time slot. Assigned practice times will be sent to qualifying schools after all eight playoff/postseason spots have been filled. Closest schools will practice first. PRE-GAME For teams playing in the first match of the day, the main court will be available 60 minutes prior to game time (which includes 4,4,5,5,1). Following the first match of the day, the main court will be available 30 minutes prior to game time (which includes 4,4,5,5,1). This applies for each day of the tournament.

A warm up court (Gymnasium), with two nets and practice balls will be available each day of the tournament. SPIRIT GROUPS/CHEERLEADERS Building of pyramids will not be allowed by cheerleaders or fans. All Cheerleaders must be in college-issued uniforms. All spirit groups will be admitted to the tournament for free when in uniform. STATISTICS Lee College will provide statistical services for both teams for all matches. Statistics will be provided to the coaches at the conclusion of each set. The stats will also be posted in the Hospitality room as well as various results posts located around the arena.

T-SHIRTS Official tournament t-shirts will be available for teams to pre-order. The T-Shirt Order Form must be completed and emailed to atroche@lee.edu by no later than October 15. The t-shirt form can be found and downloaded at www.lee.edu/athletics/volleyball/2014regiontournament. Shirts will also be sold at the tournament although it is highly recommended to pre-order as quantity is not guaranteed. TICKETS Admission for each day of the tournament is as follows: Adult: $6.00 Youth (12-18): $3.00 Students with ID: $3.00 Child (Under 12): Free Tournament passes will also be available and include a free tournament program Adult: $15.00 Youth (12-18): $8.00 Students with ID: $8.00 Child (Under 12): Free Programs: $2.00 TIMEOUTS Each team will have two (75-second) timeouts per set. Media timeouts will not be used. UNIFORMS The higher seeded team will be the designated home team and will wear white/light uniforms. Teams should bring both color uniforms. If teams are equally seeded then the team on the top bracket is designated as the home team. VIDEO TAPING Teams may only record their own games and may not tape games that they are not participating in. WEBCAST All games throughout the tournament will be broadcasted through the PSN Sports Network.
