ADAM RYAN Adam is the Founder and CEO of think and has an impressive record of success with Software as a Service business models. Adam completed a Graduate Diploma in Advertising and graduated top Student at Monash University for a Post Graduate Diploma in International Business. Adam is currently completing his MBA and Masters of Business Law. Adam was one of the original five founding management team members of seek.com.au in 1997 and was responsible for the growth of seek's markets in Australia and New Zealand. His success during those formative years established SEEK as the leader in Australia and gave it the platform to become the world's largest employment destination. SEEK is currently valued at over at $3 Billion. DAVID BAKES As CIO of think, David brings 20+ years of achievement in software development and IT, SEEK being one of those achievements. David has significant experience in being a key member in the establishment of new ventures, and guiding the software development function, product and company, through increasing size and stages of maturity. Experienced within differing business domains including recruitment, education, banking & finance, asset management, e- commerce and e-procurement, David also has experience in different technologies including Microsoft and java technology stacks. STEVE ASH As think's COO, Steve brings onboard his 25+ year track record of achievement in Enterprise Wide travel systems across the Asia Pacific region. His role at think is to focus on providing the very best solutions to corporate customers in the Travel and Expense management category and to work closely with think's Director of Strategic Partnerships. Steve has tremendous experience holding various senior roles including Regional Director of Business Technology APAC for HRG group. OLIVER TAMS As Director of Strategic Partnerships, Oliver brings 30 plus years of travel industry experience in corporate, retail, franchise and travel technology. Oliver led the Travel Management division for Jetset Business Select managing over $1B in travel spend and with Amadeus, one the world s largest Global Distribution Systems, led a team launching Amadeus FIFO solution to a number of the world s largest mining organisations. Oliver is heavily involved in industry boards and serves on the ACTE Leadership Board and the Travel Industry Mentoring Board. He is a regular speaker on the conference circuit, something he says is a direct translation from his teaching days. Oliver has a Bachelor of Education and a Post Graduate Diploma in Education. HARRY BANGA Harry was a Chief Procurement Officer in the tertiary education sector, and the Group General Manager NSW Procurement Department of Commerce, where he managed $3.9 billion per annum of goods and services, whilst delivering $330 million per annum. ongoing savings and generating $48 million per annum in self-funding revenue. Harry, was General Manager, Strategic Sourcing and Client Services, where he developed and established the strategic sourcing function and method practice which in its first year addressed an additional $3.5 billion of goods and services expenditure, identified and delivered $164 million savings. Harry has a Bachelor of Law Degree, LLB, Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) Degree, B Engineering and is a Qualified Member of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply (MCIPS) RICHARD JACOBS. Richard spent the last 7 years in NSW State Government, in various senior procurement leadership roles, including Director level, developing enterprise transformational procurement strategies and running focused sourcing programs within various government agencies. Prior to working in government he held national procurement / category manager roles in the Construction Materials, ICT, Transport and Finance Industries. Prior to these roles Richard worked in the mechanical heavy engineering field in rail and shipbuilding. He has a Masters of Business Administration, a Graduate Diploma in Operations Management, and is a Qualified Member of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply(MCIPS) JAMES NORFOR James is a recognised commercial and procurement leader, with extensive capability in leading commercial and procurement business functions and delivering outcomes. His experience includes: controlling group expenditures of up to $4 billion dollars annually; managing annual budgets of $45 million; driving transformational change into large organisations, inclusive of organisational, structural, technological and cultural change agenda s; managing diverse teams of up to 200 people; developing short and medium term organisational strategic direction; delivering major strategic and operational initiatives; and reporting to Boards. James has qualifications in B App Science and a Grad Cert Business Administration, and is a MCIPS BRUCE MALTMAN Bruce is a procurement and supply professional with extensive experience in transformation, strategy and delivery across a broad range of industries including construction, mining, energy, building products, telecommunications, FMCG as well as significant public sector experience. With a team of six and a spend of $2B, Bruce managed 6000 suppliers across mobile plant, fuels, construction materials, steel and fabrication. He was also involved in leading public spend procurement of over $1B for diagnostic assessment and strategy development. Bruce has a Bachelor in Applied Science from University Western Sydney.
