He is a regular columnist in The Press, specialising in marketing and is on the board of the New Zealand Hi-Tech Trust (responsible for the New Zealand Hi-Tech Awards) and Enable Services, the company responsible for building an ultra-fast broadband (UFB) network for Christchurch. He was previously on the board of the New Zealand Software Association and the Canterbury Software Cluster. Greg Williamson Director A former senior manager in various sales and marketing roles at Jade Software Corporation, Greg has also worked as a consultant for government and corporate public relations firms. Although most of his career has been focussed on helping tech companies commercialise their innovations, he s also had experience working on capital raising, lobbying and corporate sponsorship projects. Greg is an independent director of Basketball New Zealand and Chairman of Agape Street Ministries Charitable Trust, an education provider in Christchurch s eastern suburbs. Jade is based in Christchurch with offices around New Zealand and the world. David Lindsay Managing Director David is responsible for overall company direction. In 1997, he moved to Jade from the position of Manager, Audit and Corporate Finance, Coopers & Lybrand and Price Waterhouse, Central Europe. There he facilitated the introduction of foreign investment into privatised industries of Eastern Europe. He has held a wide variety of operational and financial positions at Jade including Investment Manager, General Manager International Operations, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer. TAIT COMMUNICATIONS Tait Communications is a global leader in designing, delivering and managing innovative communications solutions that help utilities and public safety organisations to keep the lights on and communities safe. They develop voice and data radio technologies, exporting about 95 percent of products from their Christchurch manufacturing base. James Kyd Global Chief Marketing Officer James joined Tait Communications in mid-2010, bringing with him a depth of marketing experience from IBM. He is a senior marketing executive with extensive experience in information technology and professional services industries. James has strong international experience in Asia Pacific and in global growth markets. He specialises in business strategy, segment and solutions marketing strategy, integrated marketing program execution, alliance marketing and sales enablement. Page 2 of 4

Geoff Brash Vice President of Business Intelligence and Co-founder Geoff focuses on understanding the drivers of growth for SLI Systems. A Co-founder of the Company, he has considerable expertise in site search and nearly two decades strategic and operations experience in the technology market. Under his direction, SLI Systems won the New Zealand Hi-Tech Awards Marketer of the Year in 2005, placed 100 in the 2005 Deloitte Technology Fast 500 ranking in Asia Pacific, and placed 12th in the 2005 Deloitte/Unlimited Fast 50 in New Zealand. Before joining SLI Systems, Geoff was an engineering manager at leading internet portal Snap/NBCi.com and has also served in various technical and managerial positions in the public and banking sectors. He is currently Chair of Canterbury Software Inc, and holds an MBA from Massey University. GOROSTER goroster provides rostering software to hospitality providers throughout New Zealand and Australia.
