3 SharePoint Administrator Responsibilities Configuration and monitoring of all required SharePoint Services Install, configure, mitgration, optimize, and administer the Intranet and Extranet SharePoint 2010 Farm Provide routine development and production support on SharePoint 2010 Farm Integrate and Manage Project Server, Records Management Center, Business Process Management, Strategic Plan Tracking System, Business Intelligence Center, and Performance Point Services with SharePoint 2010 Manages the health and optimizes SharePoint 2010 farm. Work with stakeholder community to provide the level of effort and software capability for proposed system changes. Interface with requirements team to ensure all system requirements are clearly defined, implemented, tested, and deployed. Interface with SQL Server Administrators to ensure SharePoint farm critical database and content are secured and backed up. Manages SharePoint site quotas and user provisioning. Configure and Monitor all required SharePoint Services Participate in regular Web Team status meetings, providing input on development or administration activities Required Experience 5+ years of administering SharePoint environments\farms. 2+ years of administering SharePoint 2010 environments\farms. 4 SharePoint Senior Developer Description Currently seeking a Senior SharePoint 2010 Developer to provide hands-on, value-added services to deliver innovative SharePoint solutions for both public and private sector clients. This role is a very Senior level position, accountable for service delivery and serving as a trusted leader to the extended team. It is important to note that we are not staffing for a particular time-bound contract need. Instead, we are seeking an exceptional team player who will contribute to the long-term success of our team and our customers alike. The successful candidate will have experience delivering SharePoint solutions, facilitating design sessions with client executives and foster a team-oriented, collaborative approach. The SharePoint Analyst will have delivered solutions that extend out of the box features through advanced customization, custom workflows and integrate other technologies with SharePoint. Qualifications Thorough knowledge of SharePoint; including experience working with SharePoint 2010 Consultatively gather SharePoint requirements from internal clients Experience creating documentation for development projects, including technical specs for SharePoint development team Experience with software analysis and design, including requirements traceability through all phases of the project lifecycle 5+ years consulting experience, with particular focus on serving as a liaison between technical and business team members Participated in Quality Assurance and UAT of SharePoint rollouts Assisted developers and Stakeholders with webpart creation Delivery of user adoption programs, including training curriculum and innovative SharePoint adoption programs. 6 SharePoint Architect/ Development Lead Description Working as a member of the Kiefer Consulting team, the SharePoint Architecture & Development Lead will be focused on defining the Solution Architecture of enterprise-class collaboration applications primarily based on SharePoint and provide technical leadership and management of the technical delivery team during the project engagement. The successful candidate will have a minimum of ten (10) years progressively senior experience in application development and architecture. This individual will join and lead an enthusiastic, fast-paced and dynamic team at Kiefer Consulting. Key Responsibilities Develop product technology strategy by understanding key client objectives and requirements Present solutions risks and mitigation, prepare time and cost estimates Plan full project life cycle and recommend approaches to improve time to market Partners with IT leadership to engage business stakeholders to understand client needs Works with functional teams and leads architectural requirements elicitation processes Leads and manages a team of Architects & Development Managers to deliver solutions Provides technical leadership on all solutions developed Defines solution architecture for globally deployed, enterprise-class products Leverages existing COTS products and seeks to minimize custom development activity associated with 3rd party products Develops Software Architecture Documentation Conducts proofs-of-concept and develops prototypes Participates in architectural peer review activities Performs design reviews to ensure alignment to the architectural approach Works with Program Architects to drive architectural maturity Provides guidance, oversight to the Development organization engaged on projects Maintains relationships and collaborates with architects in other domains including infrastructure, security and business domains Identifies technical, human resource and business process implications of future product offerings and enhancements Envisions new technical capabilities and common applications components. 7 Job Requirements The successful candidate will meet most of the following requirements: 10+ years of experience designing, building and deploying enterprise solutions with exposure to multiple software packages/vendors, programming languages and technology platforms Demonstrated ability to prepare and deliver presentations to executives on architectural approaches to gain consensus, including an ability to translate complex technical topics to audiences with a range of technical sophistication Very advanced interpersonal, presentation and communication skills are essential Flexibility, energy and ability to work well with others in a virtual, geographically dispersed team environment Experience with.net, SOA, and Web Services Good understanding of Microsoft Office SharePoint 2007/2010/2013.
