The Project The Project is a key component of the IEDC AMT Program. It is a consultancy project in a real organisational setting by 6-8 participants with IEDC mentorship. The project contributes intensely to the learning process of the participants while simultaneously providing the sponsoring organisation with a significant, meaningful and tangible output. IEDC has experience of more than 20 years with executing such projects in the Master (MBA) programme and incompany programs.
