Welcome to Great Managers! A 5 year Australian Government-funded research report, Leadership, Culture and Management Practices of High Performing Workplaces: The High Performing Workplace Index 1 cited Leadership as the factor most correlated with a high performing workplace. The report says There is clear evidence that improving Australia s productivity, our effectiveness at work and the performance of our workplaces is largely a function of our commitment to develop leadership and management capabilities across all organisations in our economy. What is Great Managers? Great Managers is a contemporary, skills-based, blended-learning & Leadership program.
