Barbaro Group Philosophy Since July 1995, Barbaro Group (BG) has taken an integral approach towards Land Transport Management and Road Safety. We know that an integrated Transport Management strategy needs to exceed the traditional approach of road safety. At BG we also understand that road safety needs to go beyond the driver, and a holistic view is required to implement sustainable change and positive road safety outcomes. Our approach to Land Transport embraces the Safe Systems approach which is internationally endorsed as best practise and also aligns with the West Australian Road Safety Strategy of Towards Zero and the UN Decade of Action for road safety. The Safe System views the road transport system holistically by seeking to manage the interaction between road users, roads and roadsides, travel speeds and vehicles. The Safe System recognises that it may not possible to prevent all crashes but aims to prevent those that result in death and serious injury. Vision Statement We need to share the responsibility to help eliminate trauma from the road network and reduce the risks of using land transport Copyright The Barbaro Group PTY LTD 3

In-Vehicle Monitoring System Overview As an official dealer of the Inthinc IVMS system we provide a full service suite of offerings. We can assist you with your IVMS from the provision and installation of the IVMS to a 24/7 help desk or data interpretation. We are able to provide training for drivers and supervisors on how to utilise the system and how to provide coaching and feedback in respect of the data obtained. We can also utilise IVMS for incident investigation and emergency management. At the heart of the Inthinc system is the unique driver feedback system. This system verbally mentors drivers to help them become better, safer, and more efficient drivers. Inthinc solutions provide a unique combination of in-vehicle driver alerts, vehicle location and diagnostics, distracted driving prevention and fleet management features that detail performance and trends for individual drivers or the entire fleet. One difference between the inthinc IVMS and other IVMS systems is the ability for this system to be further developed or modified in response to the changing needs of clients. The system also has a unique scoring system that is used to score drivers behaviour based on scoring the level of risk of the driving behaviour not the total number of driving violations. We believe that the in-vehicle monitoring system, when utilized to its maximum potential, is a powerful behavioural tool that will achieve a sustainable improvement in driving behaviour and implement positive road safety cultures within an organisation.
