The long term commitment of MTO to industry has ensured a strong emphasis has been placed on the industry experience and specialist expertise that our teaching, assessing and consulting team possess and provides to our clients. This foundation evolved in 2004 into the strategic development of MTO as a Registered Training Organisation (National Provider Number 31087) registered within the National Training System of Australia. MISSION is a Nationally Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and aims to become a quality first choice Training Provider in the Australia Pacific and Asia Regions by promoting and delivering quality programs and services to suit client s needs in a timely manner within any culture and environment. We aim to build relationships with our providers and clients that are lasting and permanent. This has been enhanced in Papua New Guinea with the commencement of MTO Training PNG Ltd as a Registered Training Organisation (NTC 191) with the National Training Council PNG. 2 MCLEOD TRAINING ORGANISATION PTY LTD (RTO 30187) McLeod Training Organisation (MTO) is a Vocational Education and Training provider based in Cairns, Australia delivering training and assessments for clients with the outcome resulting in client employees obtaining statements of attainment and qualifications within Australia and internationally. MTO is a long term experienced and industry preferred provider of training and assessment in technical and business practices. MTO has extensive skills in the Forest, Construction, Transport, Stevedoring and Logistics, Mining, Rural, Horticulture, Agriculture, Health and First Aid, Pharmaceutical, Finance and Business industry sectors delivering technical and leadership training and assessment skills and consulting for 23 years operating in all states of Australia and Internationally and as an RTO since MTO is rated as a low risk provider with high skills in technical industrial, business, health, risk and safety and leadership sectors with a strong brand name as a highly skilled and flexible style delivery organisation in any region and remote communities. ASQA Delegate On the 27th October 2014 MTO was invited by ASQA to become an ASQA delegate for the purposes of managing its own scope of registration. This allows MTO to add new qualifications and units of competency to its scope of registration without having to submit an application or paying a fee to ASQA each time there is a change. MTO is a Regulator in its own right for all operations and compliance. MTO now is well progressed in the process of applying for VET FEE HELP for all major Diploma and Advanced Diploma Qualifications with a target date for commencement of mid June With this a strategic move has commenced in adding all scope of registration to the McLeod Training Organisation (MTO) to access the funding arrangements in this organisation. VISION delivers superior support and instruction to our co-providers, alliances and clients thus enhancing and promoting training, assessment and National Recognition in Australia and internationally through RTO and non-rto functions. International consultancy services will be increased and sought resulting from the and MTO Training PNG Ltd flexibility and diligent dedication to the client and ability to operate at short notice in any location regardless of remoteness. Most Asian Pacific centres are only between 1.5 to 5 hours flight time from our home base in Cairns, Australia.
