We offer a dedicated 24/7 call centre & response service that specialises in the following areas: First Notification of loss We provide a full 24/7/365 response service. Our team of experienced claims handlers are all dedicated in capturing all the relevant information that s required whilst offering a professional first response to all drivers. Third Party Proactive We operate a best in class third party proactive scheme. All non-fault third parties are contacted within sixty minutes of the (FNOL) call being received, or as part of the (FNOL) process if the third party is available at the time of the call. Uninsured Loss Recovery Where liability has been clearly established as Non-Fault and a Third Party has been identified, S&G Response will provide an effective Uninsured Loss Recovery service to recover costs not usually covered by the customer s insurance policy.
