With depots located in Karratha and Port Hedland and a support base in Perth, Alliance Contracting undertakes a variety of works in the infrastructure and resources industries. HISTORY Founded in 1999, Alliance Contracting offers reliable cost effective services to the infrastructure and resources industries. 5 CLIENT TESTIMONY Woodside Pluto LNG Project Alliance Contracting was awarded a contract for the all weather upgrade of the NWS Haul Road, the installation of an underground HDPE effluent treatment pipeline, together with other miscellaneous civil works on the Woodside Pluto Project in May The successful completion of the above mentioned project have led to numerous other packages of work being awarded to Alliance including bulk earthworks, installation of precast concrete structures, perimeter security fence, road construction, cable trenching and concrete paving works and others. This core group of people understands the safety culture, permit to work requirements and mechanisms to consistently deliver the work to a high standard of safety, quality and productivity. With this experience Alliance has completed the above works without a lost time injury and with no equipment or material damage of any significance. 6 We Love Our Business Alliance Contracting has grown dramatically since undertaking its first project to upgrade access roads to Yandi mine sites for BHP Billiton and Rio Tinto in The first long term open cut mining project was undertaken in 2004 for Straits Resources, initially carrying out civil works and then open cut mining for the Whim Creek Copper project. Alliance Contracting has since completed many extensive open cut mining and civil construction contracting projects. 6

10 client testimony Project: Mummaloo Haul Road Upgrades for Top Iron Pty Ltd Following a final inspection of the newly upgraded Mount Gibson Road held on site on the 18/12/2014 with McDowell Affleck, Shire of Yalgoo and Alliance Contracting representatives, I can confirm that the construction and design meet with the set details as outlined within the initial design specifications. 11 case STUDIES 01 Pluto LNG Project $95 million contract for haul road resurfacing and finishing works inclusive of internal access roads. Alliance Contracting also carried out other works for the Pluto LNG Project including bulk earthworks, installation of pre-cast concrete structures, road construction, security fencing, cable trenching and concrete paving works. Over the three years onsite there was zero LTI s. Client: Woodside / FWW 02 Qube Hardstand $2.3 million project which included the Hardstand Upgrade for the Port of Dampier on the DPA Lease. Works involved placement of new asphalt hardstand, installation of underground services, installation of fire hydrants, bunkering points and water meters, all to Water Corporation standards (including testing and chlorination) and cut to fill earthworks as well as grading. Client : WQube Port of Dampier 03 Mummaloo Road $4 million project which comprised the construction, commissioning and testing of sealed road, pavement, earthworks and storm water drainage works along the Mount Gibson Road and the intersection between Mount Gibson Road and Great Northern Highway including an approximately 1200m long north-bound acceleration lane.
