3 1 Introduction In this document will an explanation be given with reference to the linking between a ATS security center and Fore! based on Ethernet (UDP) Before programming or connection of the center one should consult an Application Note or a manual of Aritech centre. 2 Hardware The centre which can be linked with Fore!, has to be provided by Universal Interface module (ATS1806 or ATS 1809). This module can only be linked to the ATS3000, ATS4000 and ATS4500 in combination with the ATS 1801 (see application note 33 from Aritech). 3 Programming of the ATS1806 First the Universal Interface module must be configured. After reboot Factory Default After reboot Own definition J8 Made Disrupted 3.1 Default IP-address The default IP-address of the ATS panel is: 192.168.0.100 3.2 Default login/password Before the default login one can use of the following login/password: Login name ADVISOR MASTER Password 998765 Note: The upper login is equal to the Titan Management software.
4 3.3 Universal Interface Open the Internet Explorer. Enter the URL with the IP-address of the Universal Interface module. The following menu will be displayed. 3.4 User Authentication Press on Login. Enter login name. Enter password. 3.5 Network Setup Press on Static address parameters. Enter the IP address and press on Submit. Press on Central station parameters. In here it is indexed with which server or pc the centre can communicate. Enter under Management Central Stations the IP address of the Polyx. The UDP port number can be set on 3001 or 3002.
5 One can also make a connection with the Titan software. The used port number for Fore! must be used for the Titan software. Remark: Or Fore! Or Titan (ATS programming program) communicates with the burglary center. Communication to both (at the same time)will not be supported by the burglary centre. 3.6 Panel Setup Press on Panel physical address. Give the center the address 1 and press on Submit. Press on Panel security password. Enter a code here. This must be entered at the Node as password. Restart the centre.
6 3.7 Default login/password ATS For logging in directly by means of the code operating unit, Aritech uses the following inlog data: Main user: 1122 (Pincode) Installer: 1278 (Pincode) Settings via the code operating unit from the ATS panel: Go to the installers menu by means of the installer code; *Menu => 1278 => enter => 19 => *Menu 29 => enter in menu 29 activate from the first 4 options: yes remote up / down-load yes remote up / down-load if switched on yes remote control possible yes remote control possible if switched on Computer-address: 0000 (default) change to 0001 Security password: 0000000000 (default) to be set as wished. Remark: for the connection between Fore! and the ATS panel the security password in the Universal interface (ATS1806/ATS1809 ip-card) is of importance! The security password must correspond with the password in Fore! For connecting with the Titan software must this password also be set via the keypad / Titan software.
7 3.8 Linking of security center with Fore! One center must be defined under a Polyx
8 3.9 Configure Intrusion in Fore! Click in Fore! on the Intrusion tab Discover. Click on the intrusion system. Enter these data: Panel address: see 3.6 Panel Setup Password: see 3.6 Panel Setup Click on Save settings. Click on Discover detectors.
9 Click on Fore! Click on the pin in the left bottom. (You will see the recycle bin) Click on the +, choose intrusion and then the system you just added. Wait a few seconds after which it will turn from red to green. Doubleclick on the icon to see the zones and detectors.
