We provide a comprehensive cleaning service to all types of industrial and residential applications. Our Cleaning equipment ranges from small jetting units for domestic operations to Jet-Vac cleaning units capable of 90 gpm @ 2500psi used for cleaning most pipelines & culverts. We also provide a unique Re-Cycling unit service with 3 Powerful Water Re-cycling cleaning units capable of 180gpm @ 2200psi. These units are ideal for removing large volumes of silt in a short period of time from any pipeline or culvert. The unique re-cycling systems mean the unit never has to leave site to re-fill the tanks with water. It draws the water from the sewer along with the debris. The sewerage is filtered and the debris is deposited into the waste tank and the water is filtered and put back into the jetting water tank enabling a continuous cleaning operation. The dried debris silt can then be augured into a builders skip onsite reducing time & costs of transporting waste to a landfill site.

From McAllister Bros Ltd The proven cured-in-place pipe lining system Where should you use UV CIPP? UV CIPP can be used in all types of conventional and industrial sewers and because of its fast and pollution free installation process, it should be considered as the first choice for: What is UV CIPP? Cured in Place Pipe relining accounts for tens of thousands of kilometres of sewer rehabilitation world wide. As a trenchless technique it avoids traffic problems, excavation and resurfacing works. It has all of the advantages of conventional CIPP lining systems but adds these additional major benefits: Urban Sewers Sewers in residential areas Sewers in high traffic areas Overnight installations Sewers in industrial and chemical installations Areas where environmental considerations are of paramount importance UV curing eliminates harmful carcino genic styrene emissions. Before Up to 40% reduction in installation times reduces noisy working. Seamless construction increases strength and wear life. A Turnkey Solution from McAllister Bros. Ltd. Our Lining Technicians have been extensively trained by Brandenburger to install the UV CIPP sewer lining system under a wide range of conditions to ensure optimum results every time. McAllister Brothers Ltd provides a full turnkey installation package for utilities companies and utilities contractors alike. After 1. Outer foil with styrene and UV protection 2. Glass fiber reinforcement (GFRP) 3. Particularly resistant protective layer 4. Lateral Rehabilitation (top-hats) It is often the case that damage to the sewer system is first evident on the joints between the main sewer line and the laterals. Cracks appear on the joints due to slight movements in the pipes relative to each other, which are caused by temperature fluctuations or heavy traffic. Ground water infiltration can then wash soil into the sewer system and voids are formed around the joints. Repairing this damage is not always straightforward. However, using our top-hat system, repairing lateral connections is no longer a problem. McAllister Bros Ltd uses 2 different methods for carrying out lateral repairs. Repaired Lateral The Epros LCR system uses a polyester impregnated corrosion resistant fibreglass insert used to re-line failing laterals and laterals that have been robotically opened after CIPP lining. It forms a leak-tight bond with the lateral to the main pipe. The Hachler EL300/600 Grout injection lateral repair unit consists of a control trailer and the top-hat robot. The robot is positioned on the lateral using the two on-board cameras. The sock is inflated into the lateral to prevent stop mortar from entering the lateral itself and blocking it. The shield is pressed against the main line wall and mortar is injected into the resulting cavities. After about 20 minutes, the mortar has hardened and the robot moves on to the next lateral. CCTV footage is obtained during this process to check that the operation has been successful. Lateral Rehabilitation (Top Hats) Diagram Manhole Rehabilitation At McAllister Brothers, we use Hachler s equipment with ERGELIT specialist mortar to rehabilitate manholes. We believe that manhole renovation using ERGELIT mortar is the urban developer s economical, high quality alternative to complete replacement of a conduit or manhole. Manhole Spraying The ERGELIT mortar is mixed with water on site. It is pumped by hose from the mixer to the point of application and sprayed on to the surface by means of a centrifuge pump. The high centrifugal force ensures excellent adhesion to the substrate, and this adhesion is enhanced by bonding agents which are included in the mortar. The spray-lining unit, is lowered into position in the manhole where it sprays out the specially-developed ERGELIT material. The quantity of material is adjusted in accordance to the nature of the respective damage. This means heavy damage and extreme water infiltration can be repaired easily. worst of the pollution. Hard deposits such as concrete etc and roots that have grown through are milled away with our robotic cutters. After that, the manhole is cleaned up using a rotary spray-head with a nominal pressure of 100 bar (400 litres of water per minute) and a maximum pressure of 700 bar. Under low flow conditions, cleaning can be carried out without the need for flow to be interrupted. Where larger amounts are involved, the flow will have to be interrupted. This is achieved by diverting the flow of wastewater through over pumping or tankering. Thanks to the short setting time of ERGELIT mortars, the flow need only be interrupted in the wastewater system while work is being carried out and up to 4 hours after the end of the relining process. No water can be allowed to flow during the spraylining procedure. Any water ingress through holes or joints must be sealed off with ERGELIT injection mortar before relining begins. Resin Patch Repairs McAllister Bros Ltd use the Epros patch repair system which has passed the WRC short term hydrostatic testing procedures and extensively used through the world. The Epros drain packer method is for the repair of pipes in the case of cracks, fractures, open and displaced joints and strong infiltration. Localised patch drain repairs smooth over displaced joints, seal cracks and holes reducing the resistance caused by such defects therefore increasing the flow of solids and liquids helping to prevent future blockages in a problem drain. The patch repair would also prevent further root ingress, water ingress or egress by sealing the pipe internally and restoring the structural stability of the pipe. This method is also successfully used worldwide to seal pipes with water infiltration or have failed air tests which can prevent sewer adoption. Main Features Full structural repair bonding to existing pipe even in wet conditions Highly resistant to chemicals and abrasion Hard surface finish gives improved flow characteristics Tapered edges give a smooth flow transition Quick-Lock Patch Repair Our new rubber-sealed stainless-steel patch repair technology What is it used for? Patch repairs are typically used for pipes that are damaged by inadequate sealings, tectronics and the strain by dynamic traffic. Damage includes cracks, holes, un-tight pipe joints and root penetration. The Quick Lock gaskets are designed to completely reconstruct a pipe s stability if any such damage occurs and is the only system on the market which is suitable for all types of pipes. Before Quick-Lock Repair How does it work? The quick lock uses mechanical bracing meaning no additional chemical products such as glues, laminates or resins are necessary. The materials used are V4A high-grade steel and EPDM rubber which have been successfully proven in the construction of pipes and sewage for decades. To place the Quick Lock gaskets you only need a camera, a small compressor and the Quick Lock packer. After Quick-Lock Repair The manhole which needs renovating is first flushed through with the usual cleansing equipment, so that it free of deposits and the
