The surveys are invaluable in determining the structural condition as well as identifying and locating cross connections, overflows, corrosion and blockages. High, Medium and low Pressure Drain Cleaning & Unblocking Our sewer jetters typically produce pressures ranging from 1000 PSI to 4000 PSI, with high water flow resulting in superb cleaning performance. Our drain jetters are ideal for removing soap scum residue, grease, hair and food blockages in drains as well as for maintaining and cleaning product conveyance lines. They are also great for root cutting, removal of mineral deposits and corrosion, industrial pipe and tube cleaning. Their ease of use and portability make them an excellent drain cleaner for scheduled drain cleaning as part of a preventive maintenance program. We have an extensive fleet of jetters from van packs at 10 gals. Per min., up to our high volume range producing 100 gals per min.

3 Difficult Access Problems with off road blockages, low bridges, bad access, we can supply an off road 4x4 unit, loaded with an additional 200 metre of extra jetting hose. Drainage and Sewer Mapping Surveys Networks within a specified area can be investigated to locate problems through various means such as CCTV surveys, dye tracing, sound checks and electro location and tracing. These methods enable us to confirm and update current drainage records. Drain Repairs When there s no alternative and excavation is the only atlernative, we are Welsh Water approved contractors and are able to repair, replace and connect any private or adopted drainage system. Deep Vacuum - large storage tank inspections and cleaning Our drainage cleaning units are a superior way of removing unwanted material (Grit, Silt, Sludge, etc) from any drainage system. Equipped with Liquid Ring Vacuum to a depth of 150 feet and 300 feet horizontally, 360 rotating booms, enabling the efficient removal / transportation and disposal of waste material from large sewer lines, wet wells, holding tanks, culverts, even river beds. Our fleet include units providing 80 to 100 gallon per minute, for more effective and quicker cleaning than any man entry. Cess Pit Emptying / Interceptor Emptying / Gulley Emptying Our 2000 gallon vacuum tankers are principally used for the vacuum loading and transportation of liquid waste material. Prior to the transportation of special waste, we inform the appropriate authorities and obtain the relevant paperwork. High Volume Water Recycling Unit New technology for a brighter future. Able to jet 100 gallons per min., while recycling the washings, therefore prolonging the effective working time on site and water consumption. 200mtrs of constant jetting makes this the ideal unit for de-silting or where water restrictions are in place.

4 Confined Entries / Manhole Surveys We have a Specialist Confined Space team, Trained to the highest standards at City & Guilds. We carry out entries in accordance with the Confined Space Regulations To assist in our entries we own specialised equipment including: Ropes Harnesses Escape breathing apparatus (10 min sets and full BA) Intrinsically safe torches (torches that can be used in explosive atmospheres with no risk of causing electrical sparks) Gas detectors for the monitoring of the atmosphere to be entered Portable lifting equipment to assist the entry and exit of people into the confined space. No dig Solutions The NO DIG PIPE repair solution provides a quick and easy solution to repairing damaged drainage and sewerage pipe systems. Installed internally thus eradicating the need for costly, disruptive and time consuming excavation work, therefore enabling both vehicle and pedestrian traffic to move freely without realising drainage and sewer work is being carried out underground. Repair damaged pipes that have a bore diameter of between mm. Excellent bonding to most pipe materials including UPVC, clay, cast iron, ductile iron, stainless steel, pitch fibre and asbestos cement. Applied to pipes that are damaged due to corrosion, displaced joints, tree roots and ground movement. House / Garden Clearance & Waste Removal With a 85% recycled waste record, We currently undertake over 1000 clearances per year, with annual contracts for a number of Welsh Housing Associations.
