Role : Information Manager / Business Relation Manager Period : May 2012 - Present Assignment : Aligning various business units of TNO on the developments and requirements in the IT landscape, mainly focused on SAP and Microsoft oriented IT environment. Drafting requirements and validating the chosen solution. The main business units are HR, Finance, Communications and Facilities. Large areas and Projects worked at TNO: Outsourcing the SAP landscape to an external party (CAP). This is part of the European evaluation committee for procurement. I have integrated all SAP activities within Ordina in one SAP organisation. This change has given Ordina an effective governance model for SAP activities.
