3 Moonacres Moonhills Lane, Beaulieu, Hampshire, SO42 7YW Moonacres is a secluded modern house on the renowned Beaulieu Estate. Originally designed by the architect John Strubbe in the early 1960 s, it has been the subject of significant updating by the current owner. Beaulieu is located on the south-eastern edge of the New Forest National Park. The picturesque Beaulieu village centre with local shops, hotel and pub is around a mile away, and Buckler s Hard, a pretty 18th-century village with a marina, pub and country hotel, is about three miles away. The Georgian town of Lymington is approximately 6 miles away and offers an excellent variety of boutiques and restaurants and has two marinas. The M27 and M3 provide good road links to Southampton (approximatley15 miles), Winchester (approximately 25 miles), and Southampton Airport Parkway (approximatley18 miles) provides a connection to London Waterloo in around 70 minutes. Brockenhurst train station (approximately 6 miles) runs services into London Waterloo in around 98 minutes. There is a good range of schools, both state and private, in the area.
