Il prodotto ricavato da materie prime selezionate, utilizzando fornitori certificati ed il processo di pastorizzazione, permettono di conservare intatte tutte le caratteristiche organolettiche e nutrizionali dei ripieni e allo stesso tempo mantenere alto il livello qualitivo proprio della pasta artigianale con la sua tipica ruvidità e rugosità. La qualità del prodotto così strutturata, ha incontrato l approvazione del consumatore espandendosi sul mercato Nazionale ed Europeo. L attuale capacità produttiva unita all alta flessibilità della produzione, permette alla Bella Emilia di produrre con marchio privato e con ricettazioni proposte dalla clientela. Bella Emilia was born in the middle of the 1980 s and has specialized in the production of fresh egg pasta bronze-extruded. The product obtained from selected raw materials of certificate suppliers, together er with the pasteurization process, allow to preserve intact all the organoleptic and nutritional specifications and at the same time maintaining the high quality of the handmade pasta with her typical rough and wrinkled. The quality of this product has met with approval the national and European markets. The current production capacity and flexibility allows Bella Emilia to produce with private brand names and recipes proposed by the customers.
