CATASTROPHIC DISASTER RESTORATION
QUICK LIST OF PRE-CRISIS PLANNING MITIGATION BUILDING RECONSTRUCTION 1) Board-up 2) Roof Replacement 3) Glass Replacement 4) Removal of Damaged Material 5) Stone or Exterior Façade Stabilization 6) Tenant Interior Restoration
WELCOME When a disaster is imminent or has occurred, it is essential that you already have a plan in place. With just one phone call to ARI CAT you will put a plan of action into motion. ARI CAT will evaluate your current portfolio in order to develop an effective disaster recovery and security plan. Knowing what needs to be done and having a plan before, during and after a disaster is essential to minimizing your potential loss and speeding up your recovery. ARI CAT Fax
PRE-DISASTER REGISTRATION: With predefined agreements in place, ARI CAT will be able to respond to your needs within the critical response time, first 24 to 36 hours. With the predefined agreement, we can pre-position men and equipment prior to the event, again minimizing your potential loss.
MITIGATION: Immediate response to the disaster scene in order to evacuate personnel and stop further deterioration of the building and its contents. Immediate assessment of initial repair needs and their implementation. Photographic and video documentation of the existing conditions will take place at this time to assist with loss recovery.
DEBRIS REMOVAL & DEMOLITION: Professional, engineered and controlled demolition and containment of damaged areas. It is essential that exterior wall systems be secured properly to ensure that further damage is not incurred because of the removal of debris.
BUILDING RECONSTRUCTION: Because ARI CAT is a division of American Restoration Inc., we have the knowledge and experience to restore your exterior wall system and roof to their pre-disaster condition. ARI CAT works closely with some of the industries best Structural Engineers and Building Envelope Consultants to assist as part of our team. ARI CAT Fax
Trident Response Group is the security arm of the ARI CAT Response Team. Providing intervention services on behalf of your personnel and in the interests of your assets, TRG brings a wealth of experience from service in the U.S. Military s Special Operations community. The ability to gain entry to and establish a formidable security and extraction presence in a catastrophic area is the difference in having peace of mind or having an uncoordinated, cumbersome, or dependent response to crisis. Preserve your business. Let the ARI CAT Team visit with you, understand your critical concerns, and tell you where we can work with you to mitigate those concerns.
PRE-CRISIS PLANNING: Engaging in a pre-crisis vulnerability assessment allows TRG to develop a crisis management plan that is tailored to our client s specific needs. Working intimately with our client s key personnel, TRG will develop and implement customized periodic training programs that minimize the critical vulnerabilities and their potential impact of loss during a crisis situation.
CRISIS RESPONSE: TRG will provide the initial boots on deck within the first 24 to 36 hours after a crisis, intervening on our client s behalf in order to assess their security situation, and to provide stability and fortification of their key assets, and extraction of sensitive data and personnel. During the initial phases of recovery, TRG will provide continuity for establishing a long term security presence during the facility restoration.
