1 Emergency Response Agreement (ERA) Having an ERA in place is a way to plan ahead for unforeseen problems. It can fit into your current emergency plan making a more comprehensive system in the event of a catastrophic situation. An Emergency Response Agreement creates confidence that in the event of a disaster, qualified professionals will be there to assist you every step of the way Who is Pioneer Restoration? When a disaster happens the Pioneer Restoration Team is knowledgeable, empathetic and has a take-charge attitude to instill quality and confidence with all projects. We are here for you every step of the way, and provide each client s job one dedicated point-of-contact who is involved in the process and responsive to all of your needs. Pioneer offers each client a customized and integrated approach during the restoration process, preforming the right service at the best value. Keeping You, our client, top priority as we work to restore your property. By focusing on returning your home or business back to normal with fast, efficient work, we save you/ or your business time and money. All Pioneer pricing is determined by Xactimate, a non-bias third party that produces industry standard pricing. We work directly with your insurance agent/ company to make the claims process as simple possible, at no extra charge to you. Disaster preparedness should be important to every property owner, usually it is on the back burner or overlooked entirely. Here are a few things we have learned through our experience in the restoration industry: 1. If you wait until the disaster occurs, you open yourself to enormous liability and risk. 2. If you have failed to make a plan, you are at the mercy of others. 3. If you think you are safe and there is no need to plan, disaster strikes everyone at some time in their life. Pre-Registration Benefits Immediate emergency services - anytime, any day. Pioneer technicians are dispatched within 59 minutes after a call is received. No surprises. All emergency services and contractual agreements can be specified and signed before disaster happens
2 Assigned Restoration Navigator that understands your needs and logistics of the situation. Services and cost are pre-approved by your insurance broker or agent. Layout of the property will be in place this will reduce remediation time, by understanding the components of the property simplifies the restoration process. This also allows us to know what specific equipment to bring to your situation and can save you money when problems arise. No hassle agreement with no time limits. A client can cancel their agreement at any time, no questions asked. How it works An effective ERA is one that merges seamlessly with your existing emergency contingency plan and addresses your specific needs. Before crafting a contractual agreement, you will be assigned a Restoration Navigator that will be your one point of contact through the entire process. Your representative will work with your insurance agent/broker to review you insurance policy and coverage. Lastly we will complete your agreement including pre-determined services, rates and response times. Pioneer Restoration Solutions An Emergency Response Agreement (ERA) is a comprehensive disaster recovery plan for commercial and residential property owners and managers. An ERA is a mutual agreement detailing recovery services performed should a disaster strike your property, a client can cancel their agreement at any time, no questions asked. 6 Emergency Response Agreement (ERA) This Emergency Response Agreement (ERA) is made by and between, The Company, with facilities located at (any additional facilities should be listed on the Emergency Response Information Sheet), and Pioneer Restoration, the Contractor, of 675 NE Hemlock Ave. Unit 116 Redmond, OR 97756, in accordance with the following agreed upon terms and conditions: Terms and Conditions: 1. In the event of a disaster related call from the Company, Pioneer Restoration will take the call and dispatch technicians within 59 minutes and arrive at the site within (2) hours barring natural extenuating conditions or traffic congestion (provided the Company facility is within a 60 mile radius). The emergency call may result from a storm, fire, flood, or other natural or man-made, non-hazardous (nuclear or bio-hazard) disaster. 2. Pioneer Restoration will clean up, contain and/or mitigate the loss caused by the emergency reported, by supplying tools, equipment, materials, labor and other necessary items and sub trades as needed. 3. Pioneer Restoration has and will maintain commercial general liability, environmental liability and workman s compensation insurance. 4. Pioneer Restoration and its Team Members will keep all information pertaining to the emergency situation confidential, unless otherwise required by law, or to protect life, safety, or health. 5. If unsafe conditions occur while Pioneer Restoration is performing services, or if directed by Federal, State or Local Officials, either Pioneer Restoration or the Emergency Coordinator will have the right to stop work on the project. 6. The attached Emergency Response Information sheet is incorporated into this Agreement. The above mentioned parties in the mutual agreement hereto have executed this Agreement this day of,2013.
