3 e-human Resources Information System (e-hris) iwow e-hris, a HR Management System that understands how you work iwow e-hris is not merely a record keeping database like other HRIS, but a system that understands how you work. iwow e-hris is fully integrated with other iwow modules hence you do not need to maintain multiple set of database. Whenever there is a new joiner or a change that you want to update in the system, you only need to key in the information once. iwow e-hris will remind you on important dates such as expiry date of working permit, medical checkup, due for confirmation, et cetera. You can also use the e-letter Generator that helps to minimize manual repetitive work and thus saving time and improve efficiency. Date-sensitive Career Progression Stop worrying about all the Career Progression for everyone in the company, let our system take care of it. The Career Progression feature is date-sensitive, meaning that you may key in a future action or change now, but it will only take effect on the date that you pre-set. For example, Employee A will be promoted as Senior Manager with salary increment on 23rd next month. He will be entitled for housing allowance in his new role. You may create a new Career Progression today, set the effective date as 23rd next month. During the end of next month, when the system processes payroll, it will automatically pro-rate Employee A s monthly salary for the first 23 days of the month based on previous salary, and also pay the housing allowance accordingly for that month. All of these will be carried out automatically without you getting involved again. The system can also reminds you on the expiry date important licenses such as working permit, passport, et cetera. Flexible conditions for claim items Flexible set up to allow you to set different limit depending on the condition, such as maximum claim amount if RM500 for petrol, but if no receipt is attached, then one can only claim up to RM200. You can also define how a claim item to be split into different cost center based on a percentage. You can also set a combine limit for different items, such as maximum claim for fuels is RM500 and toll is RM300, but combined both item, the maximum claim is limited at RM700, et cetera.
